I would like to see 41-43 since I have little interest in the final battles other than reading about them.
But the list correctly identifies
1 Waffen SS
2 Romanians and Hungarians
3 Partisans
7 Winter weather
BTW some of the coolest small unit battles can be designed from fall/winter 41 aka gates of Moscow.
