...About the only time I play QB's is when I've D/Loaded some mods and have these obscene little firefights with a whole series of a particular type of armour or Infantry vers the AI, great fun.. Other than that, is off to the Depot or somewhere for some cool battles or Operations. I'm tempted to get into PBEM or find someone local for LAN but never get around to it.. (yeah I Know I should)

Comparing the CM series against each other is...like comparing apples & oranges..you can't. I find each is an inprovement over the previous, and each has a favorite. CMBO is alot more 'gamey'..geez I detest that word, I love BO. CMBB was a huge leap forwards and AK is a refinement. It's alot like good music and wine, if you enjoy your particular tastes stay with it. Tooz, grab the Call of Duty expansion, its a blast!!, I haven't been online yet but thats another experience I'm told

Great Mods as usual!! Thou I've replaced the Plt and Co leaders with WH and SS after a sweep through the hospitals... Tis better to have the boys and old men led by convalescing combatmen, not Polizei and Party hacks. ..well thats my excuse

Yep, *cough* I confess to having read all of Sven's books back in my impressionable youth of sweet 16, ..that'll be in the mid 70's if I can still remember. I loved them, thought he did a beautiful job. Capturing vividly the 'in your face' brutality, heart in your mouth action of the front..the terror Ahhh... 'Wheels of Terror', what a title. The Tiger attacks on the Eastern Front, Panther ambush at Cassino, Siberian assaults, the whoring. Tiny, Porta, Alt Un, Leigioner, Barcelona, von Baring, Hinka.. Now everyone says its not true..all bull****e... I wasn't there so I don't know... I'm shattered, I wan't to believe. Fantastic reading but not recomended for adults, ..oh to be young and silly again. mmm... better checkout all of my Charles Whiting's Books now. While I'm at it, I'll trash my 'Braveheart', 'Enemy at the Gates' and a few other suspect DVD's I loved to watch. It was All good entertainment, then and now

Roger that Tooz, This BB late223 is ONLY for BB. There is only a 'Early' 223 in AK. Only the 'late' 222 shares the same bmps between BB and AK.

...were there any left by 44' I've just done a mod of the late PSW 223 Radio Car for BB. I've also uploaded the late PSW 221/222 at cmmods for AK, it also uses the same bmp files for BB.

Since we don't have the 234 series, (I miss the Puma), I've done a mod of The late PSW 222. AK 222 uses the same bmps as BB 222. I've also done the PSW 223 radio car for BB.

As requested, I've uploaded to cmmod a Bow mod Zip. Either clean or track to be used with my existing DAK PzIIIs'.

By request, I've up-loaded a 'No Number' turret/bin Zip of all of my DAK Armour at cmmod. @ Peter Panzer was it just the road wheels you wanted removed from the bows or everything?

Cheers junk2drive, I didn't search hard enough, found the delete mod button and now there's only the corrected PzIIIL at cmmods. If you go there now, you'll also find a PzIIIM as well (with some options)

WOW! just discovered a huge error on the rear engine deck of the PzIII L, will upload the revised mod when I get home later this evening... sit tight, sorry for the roundaround..

Tooz, cheers for the compliments. However, real life soaks up most of my time and I'd like to finish off the AK PzIII Specials before I go back and make the flags on engine deck mods, which I will do eventually. I've just up loaded a DAK PzIIIJ at cmmods,just the L, M and N to do...looks like I've opened up Pandora's box, start one and you have to finish the lot. Luckily the DAK schemes are basic, I'll try my hand at a Duo on a L or M regards HB

Tiger does it for me, for all the 'cosmetic' effects. lit has it's own unique 'clanking' Sfx running gear... It looks like a MBT, squat, powerful, nothing like those biscuit tin allied thingys. Oh,....and we all know what happens when its seriously stalking prey love the all 34's, fast sleds them

Excellent read, as said before, you can start from cover to cover or pickout chapters. On a more technical note I thought the body text was font substituted ie. 'times roman' not found, 'courier' font used.. To me it looked like quality control had made a SNAFU.

Regarding the Brit Helmets in AK, ..I've replaced the plain green and desert tin Hats with a sellection scrim netted ones I used in BO. These scrim Helmets look cool on the Brit paras, US Abn and Rangers in AK because of the better ploy's in game...I use a lot of Gerry kit taken from BB as wel.
