Well, this is all expected the Germans have 2 HQs, 2 Tanks, 3 Airfleets and a lot of Corps and Armies... Plus few things to do with them, it's not like it's 1933 and the Germans are Arming, they need to expand fast and they will do it regardless of anything! However, as the British, you have an HQ in North Africa, a Tank that at arrives with 2 airfleets by the end of '40 This is however a bit short, but your Navy allows you a certian amount of Naval Mobility and flexability with your operations... You can choose to take One Theatre after you've mastered the tactics, but you must choose. North Africa, Scandanavia, or perhaps hold back and conserve energy for an early D-Day? Or take the iniative if the Axis make an error somewhere??? Anything is possible, since you're the Master and Commander Personally I favor practicing each idea... As the UK I can usually have around 2 HQs by Summer of '42 and upgraded LR fighters with a lot of firepower on land... Generally by this point I'll spit out another Fighter and few armies send them into a Theatre and with US Support Create a Killing Zone Let the USSR do the job on Land and kill off the Axis, but let the Western Allies zapp them of their resources where ever and whenever possible... The most efficient use of these capabilities is usually the winner, not always but usually Good Luck and welcome to SC2

Well you know, Allies are boring but 2 hours of IP and PBEM makes them workable......plus you've played far too defensively.. I anticipated it and backed off when you went aggressive with your Russians counterattacked with 2Xs and air and killed of the entire USSR army for a year or two Rambo seems to still think the Allies are in control, they've got North Africa, MidEast, Ural Builds now...though Axis just eliminated about 5 Units permanently from the build in Norway and an HQ.. Plus continually sinking 50-60 Allied MPPS per turn for over a year... Now of course the US has an awesome Navy off in the Med and there are plenty of Western Allies I'm sure but they won't do much against every Axis unit that is going to built by Years end. Every Tank, Army, Corps, Air Unit and HQ Game is over for The Allies though Rambo stubbornly refuses the fact, unless he wishes to decide it in the Russian Steppes, the Western Front will not ever give him a victory by this point, nearly '44

Great Russian Counteroffensive is stopped down in it's tracks, as are 4 Soviet Tanks and the entire Russian Army, on the Bright side the Brilliant Heroe of the Soviet Union G.Zhukov pulls off an oustanding defeat of the Axis Armies of the SouthFront, nearly destroying the entirety of them! Along with Von Bock HQ! Though this is shortlived as Manstein's Panzers roll them over in quickorder... A Dozen dead on each side but the Axis have more units, cash and aircraft! Russians retreat back to pre-Offensive Borders, the great Offensive a failure In other Fronts, Norway is being bolstered by young Britishers, ariving in time to be shipped by in coffins, Bergen is a MeatGrinder and now the Luftwaffe has moved in to finish the job and finish off Montgomery once and for all! Axis Subs still raid freely the Atlantic and no relief has been found for the Allies, except SubHunters which have not found their target... Hundreds and Hundreds of Allied MPPs find their way to the bottom of the Atlantic...

Unless the Allies can pull out a miracle this game is pretty much in the bag for the Axis, just a matter of moving the Juggernaut one way or the other, it has been unfocused is all

no need to worry, you see this is the "point!" When Strategic Simulations Inc. Created games like Eastern Front, they made me a fanatic. Many Many other titles as well, though many of their games fell short of what I desired...there was born the lust for the Gaming of WW2 Era... All these titles breed fans, that do not stop usually with 1 title, usually they multiple like Bunnies. Problem the competition between companies and the lack of cooperation. Sadly that is Business but few will overlook their petty little differences. I have to agree with what has been said it is so far my overall feel... CEAW will not be a SC2 WAW package. Though it will be good! And Making History, is a bit better than WAW and has an extremely 'neat' feel to it.. HOIlike but we all know that title is real detail and you better sit down for 6 months to study the detail, no an afternoon...like every other title even SC2 I'm still learning things!! "If you do not know who owns what tile and you're concerned about an enemy breech, hover your mouse over it! no matter where!" Kill Total as is stands about 15 Russian, Dozen or so Axis! Mediterreanan Front: AngloPhobic Americans are put up to Churchill's Bidding says Chancellor Liam, as The Entirey of Africa is subjegated by American-UK Troops, this however does little to alleviate pressures back home, the entire US and UK Navy is locked up and away from home while the Kriegsmarine and Italian Fleet Owns the Atlantic! A much more important Theatre... Though the Highly advanced US Ships are impregnable, the Axis keep their distance behind the Rock! Sinking a few UK Capitol Ships and holding the Allies at bey from breaking out and opening a new Front. Nearly 250 MPPs have been raided, another 150 or so smashed up by my Fleets in Damage and sinking... Very Costly as the British Empire is trapped in Norway still, hoping and praying for alleviation... 3 or 4 British Corps Left and Montgomery himself! Bergen is constantly bombarded and bombed, it is a pile or Rubble, only the Mountains protect the British! Who use it effectively to draw out a war of attrittion there! Meanwhile the overconfidant Russians declare a Premature Victory, Stalin states by July the War will be over, We have news for him. This is just the beginning!!! Axis Tech is beginning also shine and there more WonderWeapons to prevent any such occurrence!!!

Rambo currently is making a valiant effort to relieve Montgomery's Command in Norway, by inserting the BEF and cutting off Axis supply in Sweden with the Russians through the Finish Artic Rails... This clever trick may work, several units on both sides bite the dust in a bitter struggle for supremacy... Meanwhile in North Africa Allies strike out in Tunisia with Carriers to soften this target up, Libya is now back in the hands of the Allies Fully Weak Soviet Counter Attacks in the North show the Allies have few punches up their sleeves... We'll see if they can pack a punch and evict the New Owners of Belarus-Ukraine and Leningrad Meanwhile Axis subs raid freely UK Shipping from the MiddleEast... as do Artic Raiders... Germans combined with Italians have lost thousands of lives in an effort to prevent the British from overcomming the Axis in this Theatre exposing their weak underbelly. The Line is split in Libya right down the middle... Several units dead on both ends, O'Connor and his entire Command was caught in the Tunisian Desert and nearly annihilated, instead a Tank and Corps were! All of the MiddleEast has been subjegated by the Russians with the aid of Great Britian. Now for the first time the Allied Navys come in strength, US Upgraded Fleets, and sink the Bismark, contesting Control of the Mediterreanan Sea... We'll see Axis Fleets upgraded stand strong and ready to do battle! All of Continental Europe is in Axis hands aside from Greece and a portion of Norway now... that and whats left of the USSR... No real combat with the Russians as they've been evasive, slowly peeling away at his outter defenses waiting for a weakpoint, the Line is from Leningrad-Minsk-Kiev...Axis are poised to strike out and crush the Allies here and in Norway where 6 or 7 British Corps and a HQ are trapped by German forces and ready soon to surrender or fight to the death!!!

Thanks for the heads up on both titles, I get the feeling that there is NO Multiplayer community for either, and that Hearts of Iron I II and Doomsday has the following and dedication. I went through their forums I couldn't Find AARs... So what are people on playing these games vs AI? Are there PBEM or IP issues... Their forums are sort of vague on these issues... No that I do not like stand alones, it just rare to find a AI that is challenging.. even HOI's AI was boring, I recall doing unrealistic things with it...but their MultiPlayer aspect was a bit too complex, though maybe it's because I've only played HOI1 which seemed to have endless micromanagement and no streamlining. Anyways, I appreciate it and thanks

Who is Captain America? Rambo decided to play a league match vs my Axis. This was a fatale error! So here goes the first sanctioned match in a German league by the two of us: 1939: Axis storm through Poland-Denmark-Benelux-France... France falls in Spring of '40, some clear weather, and Axis Sub raids the North Atlantic to escape to French SubPens. British Forces under O'Connor Assualt Fortress Tobruk in 1940 and BEF assualts Norway.. Both Libya and Norway fall and that is that for Allied Offensives. Axis forces assualt Vichy-Spain-Gibraltar without getting a fingercut...The Allies are forced back... The Axis are poised for the next set of operations, then conqouring Algeria-Sweden-Freeing Norway. Invading USSR, the Germans own the Allies... The only defiance the Allies have is a Allied Bomber sucking out British MPPs on Malta. Axis Air have grounded most of these bombers by bombing Allied Fuel Depots on the Island, the Bomber is in risk of being destroyed! Half of North Africa is still in Allied Hands, but now the Axis are starting Barbarossa, the Russians will have to try to do what the West cannot

Don't insult each other, stay to the topics when you bring them up. I have found way too many bulletin boards where the subject matter becomes personal. As far as I'm concerned there is a lot of hotheaded debate here but the "aura" is pretty solid.. The place is fairly openminded and generally a cool breeze emotionally, when people think about it a minute. We personally have no clue who each of us are, only what we write and that is like what we say, which means about 2 cents in this world. If you're broke, socialized medicine is good. A great amount of Americans don't have coverage. In Canada the high taxes means all Canadians as far as I know are covered with medical. This is similar to Britian and Sweden...Sweden takes it to the extreme but I hear there are changes in all these places... People who're weathly are against the high taxes In the USA Rich are not taxed more than poor, relatively. We are even upon earnings and spending. MiddleClass and lower middle are the #1 voters and dislike the idea of paying Social System Taxes, that's probably why we don't have it. Plus the Rich run the Major Corporations and such, and the Government so you know how that is... The poor, generally do not vote, abuse the system and do not care! The poor souls caught between suffer a great deal. I was once ill with a terrible stomach that had dozens and dozens of ulcerations....no Medical!!!!!!! 1 procedure cost 10g, I had to rely on the charity of the Surgeon to look inside of me and fix it if he could. You know he couldn't! but that doesn't mean I don't get CHARGED which means for a lot of Americans they don't get the Surgery The 1 plus of America is, and I know this from experience, you will find the best of the best. As why would they go to Sweden? to pay 40% Taxes or to Canada, 30% USA is where they are and most Canadians will complications or extreme conditions don't do it in Canada...if they have money anyway The USA is the land of the Free, but Freedom isn't cheap, not knocking it. Though it pays to be upwardly mobile here. If you're not interested in achieving, it's a mediocre life, pretty much cannot afford much. Though if you're willing to work at it, and possess ingenuity you can make money. Lots of ways still here... The Rich-middleclass here mean lots of opportunity, lots of Consumerism here. I think there is a slow but steady revival of WW2 strategy games. I think this good, keep it up Battlefront. You must fedd the machine (us) to keep the Genre alive! This package rocks, artillery, rails, roads, more places, tactical bombers. I'm going to have more challenges and more to learn, as I've not even Mastered SC2 Original this will give me something to do with my down time.. Been sick for the past while and this will be kewl

You guys are absolutely right about eating out, since I moved up to PA, the prices went up 3-4 bucks per item if you chose to eat out... Plus the quality these days has diminished, they do not feel like they have to serve us anything tasty anymore..and we have to be appreciative of it.. Mickie D's food these days in most places is a greasepit..I heard they coated the burger bun with grease so slides down easier.. Personally I'd rather eat a peanut butter and jelly for dinner Things aren't like they use to be And Mickie D's cost an individual 8 bucks here in PA if you want to get full, as I do not eat their beef, which was likely horsefed

Sea Lion is even harder than in SC1, you get North Africa and you have more ships now... Plus vast limitations on Amphibious Units few times I've seen it work the Allies were daydreaming, have had it happen 1 or 2 times Real Hard to take England if the attack is spotted and the Axis have no Spotting, needing a bomber for good recon which takes ages to build and if the UK sees it coming with their bomber, then they can outmaneuver the Opponent
