My grand father told that his engereer batalion use pansercheks and fausts at late 1944 and to the end of the war. Ammo was everywhere. But that was in engener batalions wich are accustomed to risk with explozives Other infrantery units afraid to experiment on themselves to get e knolage how to use them.

Zis-3 gun was very cheep. This gun was krafted on convoyers. It's cost and maintanse was lower then Bazukas need(very expensive ammo), no problems to loose it, standart ammo. What could be better?

In game - cancel all orders wait a turn.. well as I have that problem - if armor boged more than two turns it become imobile. In real life at ww2 and even now russian tanks often has a log in standart complectation to help unboging... Don't know how good the log helps in simlpe situations but... (Good thing when your car bog on road to hunting places but for tanks...): When I served as leitenant-engeneer after academy I saw some boged tanks heart-breaking show... Tanks would bog in places wich other vehicles can't even reach Modern tanks are very powerfull.... I like t-34-85 three 85 guns better then one-two 100 just because three shots at once I alwaus use middle class armor against human and prefer schema like 3 middle tanks 1-2 large inf gun against AT guns. And much as possible middle tanks... not several heavy. I win several battles just bacause have in 3 times more guns on one super enemy tank ... 9 pzIII ausf g on large distance (600 metres) against 4 T-34-76... I win tank conflict in 3 turns: all T-34 crews scaped their tanks I lost 3 tanks. So I prefer middle class armor It's cheep and I can purchase two or even three of them. How much units was sent to frontline? Did they saw any battle. Or remember ADGZ, Kfz2, Komsomolez, motocycles(!), Goliaphs (for clearing.. well everybody knows they are good in high grass ) This not all... what I remember without literature.

You are right. It would be better to add possibility to put more men on armor or trucks (not for russians, by the way!) and increase bogging, regucing speed, or even breaking engine/shassi depending on overloading level. For future engine I think. For CMBB, bused on virtual "capasity points" it's impossible i think.

I can get topogaphic maps of modern terrain. I need geographic coordinates. Not all possible, but much maps I can get simply from bookshop. You all foget that armies must be not only surrounded but exhausted. Surrounded battlegroup wich potecial lager then atacker (as it was at Kursk) gives nothing to germans but danger to full route for all divisions wich are to the east of surrounding russians. In view of subsequent very successful conteroffencive to the West of the Russian armies, I am represented very ridiculous to assert, that if the ring has closed it would be a victory... Yes, probably you consider that Germans would keep 20..50 kilometer corridor and crushed those armies what have broken German defense on hundreds kilometers?

Leutnant Hortlund 250 000 only Ukrain inhabitants serve in Waffen SS as solgers. Moust of them was used to guard prisoner's camps and against partisans but when nessary save german lives. This formations was used to slow down Red Army advance but without any antitank wepon (and few Machne guns) was a little tread. Some formations continue fight on cleared theritory. Even after war some bands was there. Be shure all of them assistinated, only few of them march now on independece days of their republicks.
