  1. Can anyone recommend me a good book (in English or German) about the Finnish Continuation War of 1941-1944? I doubt whether there is such a book, but perhaps the Finns on this site will know. I'm especially interested in the fighting during 1944. [ April 01, 2008, 10:47 AM: Message edited by: Aragorn2002 ]
  2. But there aren't any Luftwaffe infantry WINTER mods, are there? Late Luftwaffe infantry that is.
  3. The battle you've selected for your scenario is, as always, fascinating, George. You have a rare gift for creating fantastic battles. And your maps...well, they simply are the best. Your Charkow map still impresses me as much as it did the first time I saw it. And this one is another beauty.
  4. George, can you tell me what kind of mods you use? Buildings, fence, that sort of thing. I like the way the game looks in your screenshots, and would like to get as close to that as possible.
  5. Great screenshots, George, especially the Russian infantry advancing towards Pokhlebin.
  6. I'm delighted to see the relief attempt towards Stalingrad is covered twice in this new series, George! Something to look forward to in the coming year.
  7. Looks great, Bannon! Nothing I like more than an accurate historical scenario. Thanks for all your work on it!
  8. That was also the conclusion on BBC Timewatch.
  9. I've already installed your earthy open ground mod, Pat, and you are right. It looks so much better. Looking forward to your roof mod. Thank you.
  10. Thanks, David, I will check out the mods you mention. Thank you. Still thrilled about all your superb mods by the way.
  11. Could you please recommend the best Italy mods to me? Which terrain/building and other mods are essential for the real 'Italy'-experience? I've much neglected this theater of war, but would like to give it more attention now. And another question. Are there any Salerno-scenarios available?
  12. I did. And I own it. Quite a good read, interesting eye witness accounts, some interesting copies of original documents, but on the whole not very, very good. I prefer Scheiberts book.
