  1. Just uploaded a quick and dusty Russian truck. Just so that it dosn't look to out of place amongst the rest of my flock.
  2. Latest news I have just uploaded a Dusty T26A artillery. Not many more to do for the full set.
  3. Just a thought but do i get a free pen or something if i reach 1000 downloads .And if so how many do you need for a car.Because mine isn't getting any younger.
  4. I have finally uploaded some more of my mods. Get them here http://www.cmmods.com/ I have reloaded my BA6 mod that was lost in the great crash. Plus i have stuck a new track mod up thats dirty and worn. This is going to be in all my mods that need it so only download if you have my T37 mod or you want them anyway. I have stuck a T26(1931) up there as well. And a T70 with optional plain turret or redstar or stripe. PS more mods on the way. [ December 01, 2002, 05:47 PM: Message edited by: gautrek ]

  6. Tracer If you send me an email i will post you my latest WIP i have now got three waiting for testing.Plus i am willing to see what you are up to.Please look in my profile or post your mail address . I am now pulling out what hair i have left trying to line up some markings on the T26 (1931).I have put a line round the turrets and its a bleeding nightmare trying to get them all to the same height. So i might just forget about this and stick a star on the turrets instead. I also back up what the others have said about playing the game.I am having more fun modding at the moment than playing the game.
  7. Bullethead said As i said before I WAS a notalent modslut until i picked up Paint Shop Pro 5 off the front of a PC Format mag about 6 weeks ago(NOTE FREE).So please dont think that i have some special talent.I just sat down and started messing about with it.My first attempt was to slightly damage the side skirts in the panzer IV from the demo. This kept me amused for about 4 nights finding out what works and what dosen't. So give it a go you might be suprised what you can do.Just down load a demo of a paint package and have a play thats how i started. Also ask on this forum as lots of people will help you out. Also any comments are needed even if you can't mod.You all know what looks right or wrong.
  8. I have just had thought i think this is where we start asking for a dedicated MOD FORUM again. So we can discuss mods and how to do them in peace. Why not join the PPFDMF (PEOPLE'S POPULAR FRONT FOR A DEDICATED MOD FORUM)and we can all band together and try to storm BFC. I am willing to handle the membership side of it. So if we can all agree on a set membership fee i will be more than willing to have the money sent to me for safe keeping
  9. Thanks for the praise Bullethead. This is more of what us modders want FEEDBACK good or bad. Please bare in mind that a few of us modders are fairly new to this.In fact i my self have never done anything like this before. It is the first time i have installed and used anything like paintshop pro. I am just learning how to put markings on at the moment So if you think that you can't mod then give it a try as there can never be to many modders. I am only doing the mods as i want them to look .My thinking is that all the photos or footage I have seen shows the vehicles either VERY dusty in the summer,s*** up to the eyeballs in the spring and autumn or frozen solid in the winter. I find it a very hard thing to judge whats wanted but now i have had some feed back i know if i am doing the right thing or not.In fact i have toned down my next 2 mods so there is less mud(T26 1931,T70).But it looks like i will have to redo them. Also these mods have been doing using Gordons standard dust and dirt BMPs.This is the idea behind his Pig Pen.we all try and use the same colour dirt so the vehicles all match. Did anybody like my damage. As this is something that i would like to do more. I would post more of my WIP shots but i cant get a website up and running due to my service provider cocking up.When this is sorted it was my plan to post WIP shots for comment. I would also like a few beta testers to help trying out mods for me.As the more feedback i get means i can only get better. Any takers. In fact my last 2 mods are about ready to release but need testing.
  10. just testing putting a picture in please ignore
  11. As i was informed look on the list for the vehicle profile that you want and the bmps for that vehicle are the 20 or so bmps in front of it. This has seemed to work for any vehicles i have been looking for. The only problem may be the tyres and tracks.
  12. Well for all of you who have been waiting I have finally uploaded my mod to here. http://cm.cozog.com/ I still havn't dirtied up the tracks or anything else but i will re do the mod in the near future. Now that i have been corrected on a few things i am doing wrong in psp.
  13. I have just checked and the mod looks fine in game. I still havn't got around to doing the tracks yet as i am trying to work out a quick and easy way of selecting just the tracks in the side image.(if any body knows how to do this in PSP then please, please tell me).Because if i dirty up the tracks bmp it will look odd from the side.
  14. I think its just the pic as it was changed thro various file formats to get it put on the net. But i will check it out anyway.
  15. Work in progress I am now starting on a Ba 6 mod just to give me something else to look at.
  16. Some body who thinks along the same lines as me. If somebody can tell me which bmp the tracks are i will have a go.
  17. Well when i find out what else uses the tracks i might muddy them up a bit.But it may look odd doing it now as this is the only thing i have done so far. By the way the pig pen idea was Gordons and i don't think we have a site yet.
  18. Well here is my first attempt at modding and i thought i would start with something simple. So what is more simple than a T37. This has taken me about 40 hours and about 4 attempts but i have finally beaten Paint Shop Pro it submission. This is hopefully the first of my mods while wallowing inside the pig pen(as started by Gordon Molek). The idea behind the Pig Pen is that we use the same colours for our mud and dirt so the tanks look like the have driven through the same terrain. And it apparently looks a very good match for Gordons T34 which he is working on. This is a WIP and there have been slight changes made from this screenshot but as i am not clever enough to have my own web site these are the most up to date shots i have. The changes are a slight toning down of the mud in small areas and various small tweeks. Any comments greatfully received apart from its too muddy as i like it like the way it is. It is now in the process of being prepared for CMOS and beta testing. I must say many thanks to Markus and Gordon who have been a great help to a total newbie when it comes to graphic's.
  19. Thats what i thought but this leaves me with a problem.I havn't got a web site and i'm not clever enough to organise one. So could some kind person Please point me in the direction of one to host my image. Any help would be most welcome. Thanks again.
  20. I know this has been asked before but i can't find it. How do you post screenshots on this forum. As i have a mod nearly done which i would like some comments on and i can't work out how to do it. thanks
  21. Yes i have and it nearly gives me a heart attack. Its doen't matter as i posted a thread about this and it seems it is done in logical way.So i am sorted. Thanks anyway
  22. Can any body tell me the BMP's for this vehicle as i want to have a go at modding it .As i am just learning so it seems like a nice simple one to start with. Thanks
