  1. So it is random? I always thought it was the tank commander, especially in the case of small arms fire.
  2. Couldn't you just have a sharpshooter and a tank, keep playing until you kill the TC then end the scenario and see what kind of points he was worth?
  3. I know that when you 'eliminate' a TC it severly hampers the tank, putting it into shock for some period of time depending on crew experience, losing range of vision and I imagine accuracy. I just want to know how much I get when I snipe one of those arrogant TC's hanging out of the turret in the middle of a firefight...
  4. That was one of my brother's favorite tactics. He justified it by saying they were doing what they could for their country, which was getting gunned down by an MG-34... I tried to tell him, those are valuable guys, but he didn't care, he was a right gamey bastard.
  5. So bailed crews are not worth many points?
  6. Is the bazooka in CMAK better than the PIAT? I never play as the USA or UK in CMAK, so I have no idea...
  7. The thought crossed my mind when I first read this thread, seems to hit too close to home to make a game out of it, IMHO. Especially one as "realistic" as I am sure yours will be. Anyways, as I said in another thread, please feel free to set the first release in the Civil War. Antietam would be fine place to start...
  8. ok, poil in French means "nude" or "animal." So the title of the pic is probably "Nude Krauts" in English... Sorry if this has already been mentioned. Anyways, looks like punishment to me...

  10. the file is titled bochesapoil boches was a slang term the French used to call the Germans in WWI... But I also found it could mean "obstinate person." http://www.billcasselman.com/wording_room/boche.htm apoil I am not so sure about, though. Doesn't explain why they are pantless, though... -V p.s. some great one-liners in this thread...

  12. Indeed. After having that for nearly a year, you're the first to point it out. Fixed. </font>

  14. Interesting. Maybe the reson why they are going to focus on "smaller" campaigns like Normandy as opposed to entire fronts and years of time is because of the possibility of an operational component? The speculation drives me crazy! What's the current community estimate for release? (and don't anyone say 'when it's ready')
