I have seen such a tactic in several war movies (Dien Bien Phu -assault of Huguette 7 by the Vietminh- , Thin Red Line -assault of the japanese MG bunker) i really don't know if it is realistic ; but if the infantry is in permanent radio contact with gunmen and keeps adjusting coordinates it is conceivable.Originally posted by Gen-x87H:Basically running the arty in front of their forces so when contact is made arty falls on that target within 1 minute.

I recently got a HP Omnibook xt6200. ATI Mobility M6 video card, seems like it is overheating after a few minutes of play (game freezes), and no fog is displayed.
Bad choice.

Chance encounter from the demo. Took me several trials to win this one against the AI.
Since i received the game, i never played the AI again.

What is also nice is to button ennemy tanks with a few rounds of 60 mm before to unleash your armor or unhide antitank guns

Hiding vehicules in scattered trees can reduce the chances of being spotted and hit by airstikes. Not sure ,though. But worth a try if you expect air support from your opponent.

In CMBO arty spotters can fire even when embarked, can't they ?
AFAIK they can't order the barrage from inside a vehicule , but the mission continues even if they embark thereafter.

I think it has also been previously explained said that although widely used for transport, horses were not often involved directly in battles, so they don't fall in the scope of CMBB
(like kitchen units, ambulances, etc...).

There are option files in excellent Andrew_TF's Commonwealth uniforms with ''blanco'' gear. I am wondering was does it correspond to ? Was is a kind of field modification for camo purposes ? Was this more or less common than the standard one ?
(BTW I'd really like to see the Allies uniforms sets CMMOSed as well, i have heard something was incoming, was it the status now ?)

AFAIK there is no specific choice for M8 M20 winterized version, only the generic buttons

If you have downloaded only the camo M8/M20 CMMOS file (it is a GEM mod not Magua i think) it will not activate the button in CMMOS (although you will still be able to apply the differents camo by using the generic upper buttons).
To be allowed to use the specific M8/M20 icon I think you need to have also the mod from CMHQ here
