Just picked up "Encyclopedia of German Tanks of World War Two, Revised edition" myself. ISBN 1-85409-214-6 Has complete info for all tanks, AC's, SP guns and semi-tracked vehicles + photos from 1933-1945. Pretty interesting book...

I think that instead of taking them out completely, when a crew bails it should automatically be placed under AI control. The AI should attempt to either move the crew off map, or hole up somewhere and hide, never releasing control back to the player...

I would like to see something similar to the way the games Gettysburg and Antietam handle it. Zoom in on the 'Hardest fighting' platoon, 'Most effective' platoon, 'Most effective' company, etc...
