  1. Ah crap disregard last transmission need to go to sleep.
  2. To answer your question Yes it can, I'm running it on a widescreen here at home and at work. [ March 29, 2008, 07:06 PM: Message edited by: JohnO ]
  3. Hey Normal Dude if you can't get it, no problem, at least you tried. I think you for that.
  4. Thanks, looking forward to get the mod when your done
  5. How about the gas mask case? Could you see if it could be removed and the shadow have a small affect to the uniforms?
  6. Yes Cpl Steiner thats what I mean, it would be nice to do that when I'm in a firefight and receive casualty's and have to pull back to be able to take my wounded guys with me instead of trying to do buddy aid in a firefight and getting more casualties.
  7. Now were talking about the game, I know what it is suppose to happen in real life I've done that. Maybe I should of ask it this way, I get my squad in hot water and received some casualty's and if I moved my squad back from the fire fight, will it drag or carry the wounded man back with them to a safe distance so that I can do buddy aid? Or do I lose them once when I moved the squad.
  8. So having played CM:SF allot, there isn't a way to move the wounded soldier out from under enemy fire? How about when my squad gets hit and I have to keep moving can another squad come up from behind and give buddy aid.
  9. So what you just explain is what I can do to remove the GM from the soldier as well? I want to see if even removing the GM and having the mod for BDUs, how much would the shadow will be seen when playing the game? Will it stand out like a sore thumb?
  10. Can there be a mod where the gasmask case is not there? Is it possible to remove them?
  11. Where can I find that Mod for the uniforms?
  12. Still under testing and don't think it will be in the game. Right now the only Marine vehicle that I'm aware of is the LAV and the AAVP7 for the Marine Module.
  13. Yes, I was and I noticed that you was with the 2-502. I was with the 1-502 back in 1977-79.
  14. </font> How long does it take for the engineers to clear a lane?</font></font>How large is the lane?</font></font> How do they mark the lanes width?</font></font>How many engineers does it take to clear a lane?</font></font> Does the size of the squad or plt makes a difference on the time to clear a lane?</font>Just some questions that I would like to know and it seems that there isn't that much interest to either fix the problem or make it better.
  15. Why not? Claymores and their derivatives exist, they are not banned under the Ottawa Conventions, they are widely issued and are damned useful in an ambush for starters. </font>
  16. I like everything posted but one? Why Claymores?
  17. George, I rerun the scenario and although the sct plt was able to drive right down the middle of the main road without one red forces shooting at them. I did receive fire when I drove on the left flank by the RPG in hiding and when I drove down the right flank I was fired on by the RPG there as well. So I don't think there is anything wrong with 107 patch. I think you may need to rethink the placement of the Red Forces to cover the main road better. Just my two cents.
  18. Makes me wonder if all the other scenario designers will have to go back and look at their scenarios again.
  19. And I was getting ready to finish Chapter One AAR for this weekend
  20. Yep, have to agree and I thought it was because of my great tactics
  21. Thanks guys. I will be posting Chapter one this weekend.
  22. While were at this subject, I tested not only the regular FOs for arty I tested the JTAC and its vehicle. And I couldn't see any difference with the JTAC on the ground or in the FIST vehicle. However I did noticed that the JTAC can not only call for airstrikes but arty missions as well. But the FOs can only call arty fire missions and not air strikes?
  23. Yes, you would think that but I have been testing arty fire mission and I didn't see any big difference from using just the FOs outside of the vehicle compared to if they were inside them. As for missions that uses Precision guide rounds, which is stated in the manual for only FIST vehicles. I didn't see any type of precision arty rounds. Maybe just overlooked it and didn't see it when testing.
  24. You know, I haven't seen any difference for the FO in or out of the vehicle. The fire missions are still the same amount of time for it to take to fire the first round down range. Maybe it also depends on what type of mission it is.
