One of my favorite scenarios from cmx1 was one in which a single german tank was bogged. Your small group of infantry had to take it out. It was fun and made you use some really interesting tactics to win. Whenever I have a vehicle bog down, I think of that. Sometimes the unexpected bad luck makes for the most interesting tactical situations.

All QBG Quick Battle Maps have been removed from CMMODS and are no longer available. The reason for this is simple: Most have been incorporated into the last several patches of CMSF. They were EXTENSIVELY changed during this period. So OLD QBG Maps are no longer viable. Now here is the REALLY IMPORTANT PART...
The current CMSF QB maps use the EXACT same naming convention as the OLD QBG Maps. So if you load old QBG maps they will Overwrite the current (and FAR BETTER!!!) CMSF QB Maps.
IN an attempt to avoid future WTF problems NO QBG Quick Battle Maps may be uploaded to the Repository or ANY other sites with out the express permission of QBG. As I am the official spokesperson for the group, anyone with questions or request should contact me @ Mark.Ezra3591@gmail.com

I've double checked the Editor TOE and a dismounted vehicle is provided for the HQ. So this appears to be a decision made by the scen designer (or perhaps an oversight). You might want to start a separate thread to better alert the designer. But bug it is not (thank God!)

I can certainly do that for you...it will be an 88 meg file. So before I send it perhaps you could check your install. It may be that you have installed the Marine Module as it's own file. To check this out open your CMSF file and look for a file that is called CMSF. If you got one open it and open to the game file...It should have a scen file with all your CMSF base game scen in it. If it only has the Marines that fine, too. It means your install did not go right and you'll want to make sure you have all files for the Marine copied to the CMSF base file.

No matter what anyone says, the CMX2 games are AWSOME. Whether it's some bitter critic or one of my stupid fps playing friends who thinks CMSF is boring and slow, i won't listen because I enjoy CMSF, and as long as I do, and BFC is happy with the product they put out, no-one else's opinion matters.

A Commentary on those Reinforcements:
I was of two minds about allowing reinforcements. Since the scen was designed for inclusion in the game I felt they might be needed. So, reluctantly, they made it in.

Its hard to live up to every ones expectations.
My understanding is that Murphy suffered terribly from PTSD. His successive wives all testified to the nightmares, violent mood swings, and combat hallucinations. There was little help for him and all the others who came home so dramatically impacted by War's reality. Making movies, even bad ones, had to have been one hell of lot more gratifying...
