DrunkenLuftwaffe
Long time lurker, first time poster, wondering how much longer we have to go here.
Wolfpack
It is getting a bit excessive here. I love all the improvements that are being added, but would much prefer they be done incrementally instead of constantly pushing back updates to add new things, which then have to be tested and re-tested, etc. One advantage to smaller updates is that if something gets broken, it's a whole lot easier to pinpoint and fix if you haven't added 999 other things to it since the last update. Besides, you've had the AAR going on, while telling us "soon", so it's just like you're taunting us with this stuff.
abukede
I will taunt a bit further... sooon... very soon. Honestly I think you will be very pleased once the patch comes out. Hubert, Bill and the beta team has put a lot and I mean a lot of effort and time into it.
SeaMonkey
Really now? Us long time SCers wouldn't expect anything less. Label me "spoiled"!
Wolfpack
I'm sure I will be happy, I would just prefer to have my happiness a bit quicker. I've always preferred incremental updates over mega patches which are invariably delayed.
Hyazinth von Strachwitz
It`s gonna come when it`s ready. That`ll be soon. If you don`t like it, use the editor. Hubert Cater
I completely understand because really... who doesn't?
SeaMonkey
Great job on the research, Hubert. Now, how about that implementation of upgrades to units in the Q, of course with the resulting delay and additional cost, always at the owning player's discretion. Too much for the AI? I know....we're never satified!
crispy131313
Couldn't the delay be just as easily represented by upgrading the units after they are deployed on the map?
SeaMonkey
True, but if you deploy in proximity to an enemy unit = no upgrade.
