Could someone give an estimate of how much it costs to ship the steel box pre-order to various places around the world? As a Canadian who once a year scoots across the border at Buffalo to shop (and formerly crossed in Washington state to hit Seattle) I am grateful. Too bad I couldn't convince my better half to let me go get a new iPad 2 today, but we're only a few weeks later here in Canada ... much like the OSX version of CMBN.
