Can't get e-license to work

I purchased SC 2 Blitzkrieg when it first came out. My hard drive failed a couple of weeks ago....now the e-license I have for the game won't work....I have also Weapons and Warfare and Patton Drives East....I haven't put them on yet as I don't know if that is the proper procedure since the original game won't run....this is super frustrating not being able to play what I already have paid for....please help me ( I have already sent an e-mail to the e-license support address but no answer as of yet) this being the weekend I have to think that it might be Monday before I get a reply form them...somehow this doesn't seem right for someone that has paid for your game already.

If you've submitted a ticket to the Helpdesk, then we have already answered you. If you haven't received an email, it is possible that your provider is either blocking our email or classifying it as spam. You may want to check that our email accounts, 'sales@battlefront.com' and/or 'support@battlefront.com' are 'whitelisted'/'safe sender'/unblocked with your email provider. You may also want to check any 'spam' folders/accounts you may have to see if the email was sent there.

The other way to check, if there are issues with receiving emails from us, is to login to the Helpdesk with your Battlefront Store account. You should be able to see all replies from us within there.

Nope....there are no reply's and I have not received a thing as far as e-mails go as I checked all my folders. Don't see anything at the helpdesk....what a drag...can't even play the darn thing and have spent near a hundred bucks on this game with the expansions....

RevJack, we respond within hours to all helpdesk inquiries. You need to log into the helpdesk with the same email that you used to submit your ticket. Do you even see your own ticket? If you can't see anything at the helpdesk, not even your own ticket, then either it's not in the system, or you are not logged in with the same email/account you used to submit it.
