laika Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 Hi, first of all i just joined the forum and its my first post inhere. I,m totally new with CMSF and alway,s played the CC series. I did read the manual and also did the bootcamp campain(YTC).Its a blast of a game that will take alot of time to master. But there is just one thing i want to know for the moment. Maby i,m missing something (did also some thread search)but how can i see that a squad has deployed special wapons. I just can,t find any info in the GUI when play the game. I did push the deploy button but i just can,t figure it out if the squad is realy deploy that wapon. Other then that its a very great game and i,m glad i tryed this game. hcrof Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 Welcome to the forums When a crew served weapon is deployed the deploy button will light up and the tripod will be shown if you zoom into the unit. Pvt. Ryan Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 Start a Quick Battle that has crew served weapons - MGs, ATGMs, etc. Make sure the unit is on the ground and not in a vehicle. While in the setup phase, toggle the deploy button on and off and you will see how the men deploy and undeploy the weapon.
