Sgt Joch Posted August 14, 2007 Share Posted August 14, 2007 this must be a simple question, but I cannot figure out the answer. How do you get rid of a Battalion HQ? I purchase, for example, a Stryker Battalion, cut and dice it how I wish, keeping only the units I need, but when I try to delete the Battalion HQ, the entire Battalion disappears, so how can you purchase a Stryker company or platoon without having to keep the Battalion HQ? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

birdstrike Posted August 14, 2007 Share Posted August 14, 2007 You need to delete all units directly attached to the HQ, for instance, if there is a FO, a sniper squad and two Strykers right below the HQ, delete them all, then the HQ last. birdstrike Posted August 14, 2007 Share Posted August 14, 2007 Do not delete the top most blue entry (next to the + or -). This is for the whole formation (battalion/company/whatever). Don't delete this line. Open the formation tree. All white entries are the components of the current formation which are directly attached to the command HQ of this formation. The HQ is the first white entry of the formation. Delete all white entries and the corresponding HQ last. This should work. Subformations (in blue) can be deleted by deleting the blue entry or by deleting units inside their formaiton tree just like above. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
