Guardsman Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Hi guys, I'm just playing the campaign having waited until 1.04 and am generally pleased with what I've found. Still some ironing out of problems to be done, but given time this game could be as iconic as the original CM series. One thing I have noticed is how badly the Hummvee recon vehicles spot. I don't just mean enemy either, they can't even see their own side from 20 yards! Is there something I'm missing as regards to their superior optics and sensors? Do you have to turn them on or are they functioning automatically? They really seem to be a waste of time at the moment. Any comments appreciated (preferable helpful ones, but heh, I'm easy!) teeps Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 I think the last time I tried one of them they did a great job as soon as I asked them to open up - soldier stands up behind the optics and starts spotting.
