Clavicula_Nox
To compare, I have dual GEFORCE 6800 GPUs and they work fine, but it's almost time to upgrade.
SlowMotion
Of course you can get better frame rates with a more powerful card. I meant that I don't have graphical errors or the kind of problems that make the game unplayable like happened with some 8800 cards during first CMSF versions.
mazex
Well, I have an 8800GTX in my desktop PC and a 7600GS in my Media Center computer (AMD 3000+ 1Gb). The 7600GS plays CMSF but not with full details. The 8800GTX also has rather bad FPS so there is no card on this planet that can play CMSF well... The 7600GS can actually play Crysis too - but at low settings and with rather bad FPS, but somehow playable...

Webwing
I have a 6600! Works fine but obviously I can't set everything to max. Some bigger scenarios are also slow. Apart from that it's fine. Have been using it since I bought the game. I have already ordered an 8800 though which should arrive soon. -
Webwing
I think the slow frame rates are more related to the processor than the video card. CMSF puts a great load on the processor with loads of calculations going on. I reckon the video card helps for smoke, dynamic lighting, etc. But if you have loads of troops and guys firing everywhere then it's definitely the processor that is being taxed. -
