It will contain your license key and the download link. The order number which you get in your order confirmation is not the license number. Tried to load with my wonderful Nationwide dial-up, for about 2 1/2 hours it seemed to be loading and I planned to just let it run overnight. BUT a copuple of hours later (earlier than expected) it indicated that download was complete. When I tried to open I got the file corrupted message and then noted that despite it being on the desktop, there was only about 39 out of the 120 meg. Hope the hard copy ships soon. Order number 134593 has been processed in today's batch a few minutes ago, I just checked. As for why your email was refused... I don't know. Our email is working fine.
