AndrewTF
Finally, it's ready! And it's CMMOS compatible!!! Hi-res textures for the Cromwell Mks. IV/VI/VII/VIII in plain green and "mickey mouse" camo. Includes markings for British 11th and Guards Armoured Divisions, and the Polish 1st Armoured Division. I'm sending it to the usual suspects right now! Some pix for your delectation:

jgdpzr
Yes! Finally, one of the most unappreciated vehicles (mod wise) gets appropriate attention. Fabulous, much appreciated!!!
Mattias
It's a beaut, in all it's different guises! Thanks a bundle M.
Michael Dorosh
As a longtime critic of Gordon's tactical markings, I gotta tell you Andrew, those formation and unit signs are beautiful! BEAUTIFUL. The tanks are good too.
Mattias
If anyone wonders what the coloured squares etc. are: Red colour denotes the senior regiment, Yellow the second and Blue the junior regiment. A Diamond is the symbol for the HQ squadron A Triangle for the "A" squadron A Square for the "B" squadron And finally a Circle for the "C" squadron. -- M. Michael Dorosh
The Jerkin is still too light if you ask me. here is a photo of a friend of mine; bear in mind he is wearing a postwar Belgian jerkin that is much lighter than a wartime jerkin, but nonetheless note the contrast between the Battle Dress wool and the leather of the jerkin. AndrewTF
Well, I'll make the jerkin darker then! Ah the beauty of Photoshop adjustment layers.

Michael Dorosh
I like it! I would darken the front closure a bit though, a little too "buff"...and for heaven's sake, get yourself the new weapons mods from CMHQ! Or do you only play with your own mods? Not to sidetrack this thread - those Cromwells are eyepoppingly good. Makes me wish the Canadians used them. What is next on your plate?
AndrewTF
Michael Glad you like them. I can darken up the closure part a bit. I thought I was using Juju's new small arms mod--I'll have to check as I swapped some files to alter the terrain (we neglected Mac user outcasts do not have the benefit of CMMOS) and perhaps they reverted back to the old ones. I do play with other people's mods! I only hope that mine are up to the standards of everyone elses! Next up are the US/Commonwealth halftracks, and if anybody has any paint scheme or markings info (other than US olive drab) please let me know. BeauCoupDinkyDau
Good god Andrew! Those beauts are so attractive, they make me horney! I'm gonna have to go releive myself now! Nick Schieben
Andrew - nice work indeed! Looks like I may have to revisit Villiers-Bocage, as Crommy might look even nicer up in smoke. Regards

Monty
Great News ! Sadly, the Cromwell IV i was using in my current pbem battle was knocked out 1 turn ago ...arggghhh!! Where can i download this mod ? Monty aka Moose
Fairbairn-Sykes
This entire thread has turned into Commonwealth porn. It's indecent, I say! Perhaps if I had installed "Net Nanny" or the "V-chip" I wouldn't be able to see those sordid spreads of Cromwells and compromising poses of Tommies in darkened leather jerkins. Now, increasingly isolated and alienated (from hi-res Panther mods), I've turned to these scantily clad (dressed only in a 'mickey mouse' camo get-up) sirens of ill repute for comfort. Ummm.... it's your fault Andrew.

AndrewTF
I take the responsibility and blame for everything I sent the mod to Madmatt and to Tom. Should be available pretty soon.
illo
Dear, Andrew Nashorn is something that needs Modding. Also I would like to see weathered Marder II in some crew-made hasty camo. It's like writing to the Santa. (oh..yes i've a been good boy) [ April 07, 2002, 04:24 PM: Message edited by: illo ]
