junk2drive
LOL, I was thinking of posting something similar a while ago. Logged in when I got out of bed, been checking ever since. Mikey is posting all over the place so he is online.
Earl Grey
Maybe he´s figuring out how to do his first CM:SF mods? Though it seems we´d need a few more CMBB mods next, as we´ll play the next few years, I guess.
MikeyD
Sorry dudes, I've been working hard on artwork, but NOT for you's guys! Other people, other projects. My current project's got another few days to go then I'll be back modding again. I was feeling guilty. I was thinking of checking what I might have laying around that never got uploaded. But then again, if i didn't upload a mod it was probably for a reason.
junk2drive
Still, it's nice to have a fan club isn't it? We would probably be happy with your "crappy" mods.
David I
MikeyD, I've found the best of both worlds, I can bitch when you post on Monday morning while I am at work, AND bitch when you don't. Life can be good for those that are easily pleased. DavidI
Earl Grey
@MikeyD: So you do ther work as well? Might I inquire what you are doing when not at modding? Just a little curious...
MikeyD
Well, let me think... I've done hobby technical drawings. LOTS of hobby technical drawings. I did about eighty different 5-view scale drawings for R.P. Hunnicutt's last two books 'HALF-TRACK' and 'ARMORED CAR'. Those two projects took years off my life, but I had standing art for my Staghound and Greyhound mods! I've also done 25 or more 1:35 scale plans for George Bradford that can be purchased off the AFV News website http://www.afvnews.ca/ These include the South African Rooikat and Elands, the French Panhard AMLs and ERC 90 Sagaie, the Brit Ferrets, the Argentine TAM light tank, The modern German Wiesels, the U.S. Commando ACs and M113A3, the Belgian jagdpanzer Kanone the Japanese Type 95 Kyu-Go, the Australian M113 (both Vietnam of Somalia versions) and the uparmored New Zealand M113 for Bosnia. Oh yeh, and the UR 416 AC as seen in El Salvador. And probably some others besides. Hey, everybody needs a hobby!
Earl Grey
Could (and would) you tell me how you have done it? I´m trying to do technical drawings for a project of mine, but can´t really get the ahng of it. So every bit of advice and help would be deeply appreciated!
