JeF
... according to The Wargamer's Readers Choice Awards. I'm suprised that it was not mentionned yet on this board (or I and the search function missed it). Wargame of the Year, Game of the Year. With a silver award in the pubisher (BFC) and developper (BTS) category. Is the BFC team so used to receiving honors that this has not yet made the front page ? Cheers, JeF.

MikeyD
I didn't see the award mentioned yet, but BFC did "Red(!)" for awhile a long glowing report on the CMAK demo off that site
Emar
On the other side of the spectrum just got my new Computer Gaming mag and their reviewer gave CMAK only 3 out of 5 stars. Dont think the reviewer is overly familiar with CM as he seemed to base a large part of his review on reporting disapointment with the multiplayer balance of the scenarios included on the disc. Oh well, guess you cant win em all

Andrew Kulin
Who is the reviewer? CGW's rating for CMBB was 4&1/2 stars (90%) and the reviewer at the time was Bruce Geryk.
Emar
Same reviewer. Yes I agree a lot of the disc scenarios were lopsided for single player, but thought maybe someone who was familiar with CM would realize that many more homebrew 2 player scenarios would come down the pike.
GenSplatton
A large part of the rating was also that he felt the game was more of a mod or add-on as opposed to being a "new game."
