Hmmm, I could do with a succulent leg of lamb dressed with a good tyme, mint and rosemary source... baked potatoes and pumpkin... beans...

1) I assume you mean 'sauce', not 'source'.

2) Mint is vile on meat.

3) And what the hell are you doing with the 'pumpkin'? No one eats fecking 'pumpkin'. Not even Aussies. Or is 'pumpkin...bean...' an Aussie code or alcohol derived slang term for some sort of 'back door beauty' insertional device? </font>

FYI a roast leg of lamb with baked vegitables usually served with a salad and extras is the traditional Christmas lunchtime dinner during summer downunder.

Yep the one day it normally gets to 40C degrees and we stll have the Christmas Roast Lunch.

BTW haven't you at least had pumpkin soup? :confused: I've always wondered what happens to the insides of punpkin heads at halloween. :confused:

Pumpkin soup? No, and I don't believe I'd want to.

It just sounds... morally wrong, dontchaknow?

Now, a nice piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream is a wonderful thing to have for dessert after Thanksgiving dinner.

But that the only time during the year we're allowed to have it.

It's in our Constitution.

Yes. The Indians gave the Pilgrims roasted turkey, pumpkin pie (the whipped cream came later), yams, succotash, lima beans, cranberry relish (in aluminum cans, of course. They were a crafty lot), hallucinogenic mushrooms and lava lamps.

We in turn gave them typhus, small pox, rampant alcoholism, toilet paper treaties and the right to build casinos on their arid, barren lands.

No downside whatsoever.

I bet you thought I was dead too. Typical bloody liege. Writes off a missing squire after a mere couple of years. No sodding respect.

This home of Peng is a discarded refrigerator beneath an underpass,

I hear you ask the toll?

Methinks we should take an unnoficial poll!

On what, I don't know.

The hijacked and resurrected Peng thread is open for business.

This is the end, du, du, dum... my only friend, the end... wiered scenes inside...

Well, you get the idea. Smilies to a minimum! *And give me back my shopping trolley* Mwhahahah smile.gif

A puzzle for you if you care to dilly dally...

4 weeks with the wifey/missus/slashother away;

I need to pull apart a Kombi and buy parts;

Sort undeveloped film;

Watch a war film;

Make up the Zaniest CMx2 suggestion;

Well, the thread runs out in 185 posts or less so

thats when the poll ends. I'll be about, until the man decides to lock this thread down.
