Oddball_E8
I just spent all day setting up an operation for CMBB and after carefully placing all of the 36.000+ points of units (most of it in fortifications) and playtesting it a couple of times i decide to change the size of the battle window since it is much larger than needed and all the setup zones are well within its boundries. i make the battle window 1 size smaller and start the operation up... ALL THE UNITS ARE MOVED BACK INTO A SINGLE ROW AGAIN!!!!! ive spent enough time on this game now... i aint playin it for at least a month now! CRAP GAME!!!!
Los
This has been mentioned before in the forum, it's not like it's unknown. Sorry for your frustration. (It's happened to me in CMBO) 36K points? Yeesh... Los
eichenbaum
Yes...you're right... that's very anoying  !!! <hr> 1. Set the Battle Window Size : 2. Place the units : 3. Decrease the Battle Window Size : 4. See the units relocated by the editor : These units aren't cut-off in the space that has been taken off the map by changing the Window Size.
MikeyD
Yeh, working all day on a 36,000 point game (which would'a taken forever to play) is a SURE sign of just how much you hate the game. Me, I hate sleep. After just 7 hours of it last night my alarm clock went off and I was all groggy for a half hour afterward! CRAP SLEEP!!!!

Pak40
When did you notice the change, after you saved and play tested or in the 3D force setup in the editor? If you noticed the forces were rearranged in the editor, then you can just exit the editor without saving. You will lose any map changes made but it may be worth it if it is more work to setup the units. For future practice, you might save copies as you progress. Call them Beta versions.
