Rob Murray
Works fine with XP for me.
Thin Red Line
Works like a charm.
Mies
Except for the occasional XP crash  no problemo..... That could be due to the G-Force2 graphics too of course Mies
ichadwick
Works fine on XP at home, wouldn't install on my fast XP/Dell at the office. Probably the graphics. Otherwise, it runs as smoothly as any non-MS app can on XP (every single non-MS app I own crashes in XP!).
Other Means
i have no probs actually running the game, however if i exit with alt f4 (my tiger vs AI guy with pointy stick = smoking tiger? alt F4!) it leaves a 100meg zombie CM process and a ~temp process that i've got to kill by hand. i'm not saying that doesn't feel good after the tiger frustration mind. what's your video card etc?
Frenchy
No problems here either - except my ATI card doesn't show fog, even with the latest drivers and control panel. Will get a new card soon.
Rob Murray
If this helps - maybe you know about it already - but you should try & run CMBB in higher resolutions other than 800x600. At 800x600 the game has a " christmas tree " effect ( the terrain gets multicolored twinkling spots ). I'm running it at 1024x768 at 85MHz. This cleared up the "christmas tree" problem to a large extent. My video card is an Nvidia 64MB Geforce 4. P.S. This also works for CMBO as well.
