Ender1987
Can anyone point me to a total hi-res texture conversion for my CM:BB? I really don't feel like sifting through all the mods. Or maybe one of you guys can send me your texture folder with the mods already installed that I can use? Thanks in advance, Ender

Ender1987
I was really hoping that out there there would be some kind of "total conversion" pack instead of going through thousands skins one by one. I have not found one yet. And I still would accept anyone's offer to help me by providing a copy of their texture folder. MikeyD
I believe the CMBB "Special Edition" on store shelves includes an extra 'freeware' CD full of the most popular mods for the game. Perhaps you can hunt down a recent purchaser of the special edition and borrow his mods CD? I don't know how CM's handling copyright on the mods CD. You certainly (CERTAINLY!) shouldn't be burning copies of the game itself, but since the CD's considered accompanying freeware maybe BFC/CDV wouldn't look down on the mods CD getting some extra distribution... maybe.
stikkypixie
message to BFC and CDV i would buy a standalone mod cd so please bring it out in Belgium!!!

Can your e-mail handle a 936.2mb attachment?
Ender1987
Can your e-mail handle a 936.2mb attachment? Good point I have the special edition but the mods CD is limited in the amount and diversity of the MOD's. You guys sure there is not a total conversion pack of hi res textures online? Ender1987
Well, as of now I really don't want to change much. But how do I get winter camo skins in?
eichenbaum
Maybe we get ski troops again, making the slopes of the Alps unsafe

Thoroughly recommend gridded terrain mods, for better gauging the contours of the landscape. Ender1987
I know how to install them. But do I need anything special for the winter mods? I just unzip them into the CMBB folder and that's it?

Why don't you simply d/l a snowy t-34, grit your teeth, and plunge head first into the warm enveloping waters of Mod sluttery...
