junk2drive
welcome back, i uploaded some of yours from the cdv se disc. other people have too. there was a crash last year and all was lost. if you could upload your mods under your name, we could delete the duplicates under our names.

Strontium Dog
Hi guys Glad some of you like the splash. Gautrek, I must admit (without being too self-congratulatory ) that I quite like the buttons too! Junk2Drive - thanks for uploading some of my mods, I had wondered if any of them were on the cdv se disc (someone from battlefront.com asked about them sometime ago but I never heard whether they actually got used or not). I'll try and upload my mods again at some stage - I've only got a slow internet connection so it'll probably take a while. Cheers

Yskonyn
Very cool splash! I am using it now too! BTW where does your nick come from... you should know that 'Stront' in dutch means '****'. I am amazed everytime I see your nick mentioned, resulting in a grin afterwards.. cheers m8! Major Belles
I've got it and like it a lot! I"m wondering is there a mod of the CMAK Splash Screen? Another one along these lines would be great!
junk2drive
Gautrek has 3 at cmmods for CMAK and IIRC there are more by other people. Splash screens are very easy to make from photos on the internet. The buttons and text require programs and skills.
Strontium Dog
Better late than never. Definitely heroic futuristic derivation (2000AD fan from 1970 something ) as opposed to ****-dog variation (although I quite like that too ). Glad to see my screensaver is getting some use. I should point out that this isn't actually a photograph, it's a 3D render of a model I built composited (using Lightwave) with a photo and a map I found on the net. The same model was also used to make my CMBO jagdpanther mod. Just thought I'd point that out as junk2drive seemed to be suggesting that not much work (!) went into this (I'll let him off though as if you can't tell the difference then I achieved what I set out to do ). Indignant smelly brown-stuff dog (woof!)
junk2drive
Your mod is obviously more than just a photo off the net. I did not intend to slight your talent. Only to encourage people to try making mods for themselves. I did point out the extra tools and talents required to do a work such a yours. And we thank you for all your mods
