Belif in Jesus Christ as your personal savior and Son of God is the first step. However just by bieleving in him is not enough. We aren't talking about Jesus or anything else, only little groups of people doing things in his name. Which have all too often been horrific. However paying taxes too me aint a problem if I know they go to great things like a first rate and free health care or that drug addicts and homeless people get real help instead of sleeping on the streets. But true, people should critize and watch out for ineffective use of tax-money. In most countries were the taxes are lower you must have insurances or pay a lot higher rate for the public services, thus in the end the tax pressure is about the same. I prefer taxes where all get the benefits and not the richest. Sadly our system are slowly and slowly collapsing and turning towards the worst form.
