Pascal DI FOLCO
Good work, but is it much useful by now, with the powerful optics, IR and thermal imaging used by modern tanks ? Seems like a good way to give work to crewmen, but apart of this
Mattias
Pascal, It is still a very good idea seeing as the vast majority of the eyes looking for it will not be assisted by thermal imaging devices. M.

Often the tank commander or loader spot enemy targets before the gunner. So a good camo will be helpful against tanks as well. It will not hurt you, so why not do it? Cos
Looks good, but it wouold be a real bummer to have the heat off the engine set the camo on fire
GreenGriffon
And just think; if the crew is Catholic they can hang Christmas ornaments on it and have their own roving metal instrument of yuletide cheer!

Canuck
sorry but geocities is a real bugger for posting images It used to be that you could use "fp" instead of "www" but I think they caught onto that trick so we're stuck with little red X's

VicKevlar
I do believe that Geocities revoked all rights to be able to do what you were trying Canuck! Happened a few weeks ago....
Warmaker
Not everyone even on the modern battlefield has such optics/equipment. Camouflage still plays quite a role. If it was deemed useless then running around in Leopard 2A5's/M1A2's camouflaged in cherry red with white racing stripes would be appropriate. Infantry can run around in red and yellow spandex with shoot me signs/balloons overhead.
M Hofbauer
yes I suspected that...however the "save image as..." right-click option still works, so you can save it to your HD then look at it - it's worth it IMO.
