So you say you have a little Combat Mission website eh? Getting a lot of hits? Want tons more? Well then, why don't you join the webs first and only:

COMBAT MISSION WEBRING!!!

Hosted by yours truely and CMHQ this webring will help bring all the CM sites currently online closer together!

Here what you will need to do to join the webring:

First off follow this link and fill out ALL the information asked!

http://edit.webring.org/cgi-bin/membercgi?ring=combatmission;addform

Then click the submit button and wait...

I will check out your site and then add you to the ring, when I do this I wil send you a peice of HTML code that you will need to INSERT at the bottom of your page. Once you do that your site will be intergrated into the ring and will allow people to quickly zip from CM site to CM site all from the this new Webring Navigation box at the bottom of your homepage.

So fill out the form and submit it, then drop me a reply to this thread and let me know who you are and what webpage you submitted and I will get the ball rolling. HTML code should be sent to you by the end of the weekend at the latest but more likely tonight or tomorrow.

SO GET CONNECTED AND JOIN THE RING

Please note as a requirement of this ring we can only accept sites where CM is PROMINETLY featured and supported, but then that shouldn't be a problem! wink.gif

Very good indeed. I, for one, am already tired of constantly having to dig deep into my Favorites Folder everytime I want to switch sites. And the list keeps growing!!

Almost worth the trouble building a site just to join the ring.

I think if you submit you may get an automated response with a HTML Fragment included, DO NOT USE THAT HTML FRAGEMENT, I am customizing one with a logo and I (me, thats me, Madmatt) will be sending you the new code when its ready. You will know its me and not an automated response as I will be sure to include the phrase 'BITE ME' in there somewhere! wink.gif

Actually Matt it's not the first Combat Mission webring. I've had one for a while but I didn't announce it because I was working on a new page for it. I'm gonna scrap that and just join this one.

Oh, that layout is just a 'suggestion'! You can change it around anyway you want as long as you retain the functionality and the original logo. I don't care HOW you make it look!

Please everyone, TWEAK AWAY! I only worked on it the design for a little bit and just wanted to get it out to everyone in a format that would work without too much difficulty.

Oh I know, I just want all the Ring sites to know that other than the logo they are totally free to change that format around however they want. Please have fun with it! Just make sure it still has all the current options (next, previous, next 5, random etc...).
