And he's got 2 fire missions running at once that didn't start as pre-planned fire. Anyone else seen this type of behavior? Erwin Posted March 22, 2022 Share Posted March 22, 2022 A possibility: The unit seems alive, but the observer is KIA. The radio operator or other team members cannot call in fires. A while back I found that a certain sequence of orders would allow a spotter to request more than one fire mission. I thought that bug had been fixed. Halmbarte Posted March 23, 2022 Author Share Posted March 23, 2022 Nah, I've gotten plenty of FOs killed before. The FO was still alive, couldn't adjust fire, but could cancel it. In this case the HQ team is busy with 122mm's communication, he don't have time to request 120mm fire mission adjusting.
