weapon2010
What does that do?
LukeFF
The same thing that Shift-clicking units does.
LUCASWILLEN05
Allows you to select multiple batteriees at once. So, taking the Gog & Magog scenario as an example and assuming you are playing the Germans you can select your three 105mm howizer batteries and, using the Shift Click Multi battery have them all hit the same target area together.
womble
It's a partial compensation for only being able to run one arty mission per observer. You can still run several batteries, they just have to be firing at the same coordinates. Do they all spot independently?
Michael Emrys
It's a partial compensation for only being able to run one arty mission per observer. Actually, once one mission goes into FFE the observer can call up another mission, and so on. You can still run several batteries, they just have to be firing at the same coordinates. See above. Do they all spot independently? Hmmm, good question. I don't think so it they are all firing at the same target as per the original question, but I haven't really wrung the system out as yet. Holman
Is it possible to shift-click order the same mission for vastly different weapons (e.g. a 60mm mortar with a 3-minute wait and rocket artillery with an 11-minute wait)?
Piecekeeper
Didn't know that one. Would really like to see a change log for 3.0!

Haven't tried that one, but I haven't found anything in the manual that would prevent it. Michael
womble
Actually, once one mission goes into FFE the observer can call up another mission, and so on. The observer isn't running the mission any more at that point, so you're just saying the same thing.

I was trying to clarify a point that may have been left unfinished. Michael
