Chris Ferrous Posted April 7, 2014 Author Share Posted April 7, 2014 The unit active (national emblem) symbol flashes on and off until the unit is given orders or put to sleep. Accompanying the flashing emblem is a tick when the light is on and a tock when its off. It's not as loud as the general game sounds but it's there all the same. Anyone any ideas? Hubert Cater Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 Hi Chris, I have to admit I am not sure what that sound might be as I can confirm that there is nothing specific for this in the code and I wonder if it is perhaps something else that is being mistaken for this sound? For example, there are clicking sounds when you select a unit or if you hover the mouse over the side menu buttons etc. Other than that I'm not sure what that might be that you are noticing. Strategiclayabout Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 Hi Chris, At worst you can uncheck the "sound" button in the game settings (1-2-3 button bottom right menu). Bill101 Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 Hi Chris If you turn your speakers off can you still hear it? And does it still happen if you have turned the game's sound off? When you mentioned that the tick-tock noise stops when you put a unit into sleep mode, is it the case that you have to put every single unit on your side into sleep mode (or move/attack with them) before the noise goes away, or will just doing it with one make any difference?
