Wicky
How it Works 1. Purchase your game (no need to login for first time customers) 2. A Customer Account is created for you during the Checkout and you are automatically logged in 3. Download immediately after purchase (do not wait for emails) 4. Look up your License key inside your Customer account immediately (do not wait for emails). The same key is used for download and license activation. 5. Change your Username and Password for your account so you can log in later even if your anti-spam filter block the email with your generated password 6. Install, launch, activate and start playing! Schrullenhaft
It's possible that if you purchased CMSF when it was initially released that it will NOT be listed in your account. The current store system went online in October 2007. CMSF was released in July/August 2007. Any order that pre-dates October 2007 will not be listed. In cases such as that we will have to look up the license key in an off-line sales database that lists license keys for 'download only' and 'download + mail delivery' purchases. Customers who purchased a 'mail delivery only' option will have their license key printed on a sticker attached to the disc case or manual. We have NO record of those license keys (that are associated with a particular customer). So if you purchased CMSF as a pre-order or about the time that it was released, then it will not be listed in your Battlefront Store account. If you have changed emails since placing that order and it was AFTER October 2007, then your order may be in a forgotten account associated with an old email account. If you do not have access to this old email account, then we will need to change it to another email address that you have access to. Unfortunately accounts CANNOT be merged. In either of these cases you will need to contact the Helpdesk as mentioned above.
