    Sneaksie and ToW creators, Thanks for making a game that finially makes you use your mind. This game is just what I have been waiting for, the last 4 years to be exact, it isn't for Kids forsure... it takes more then point and click to play this and I for one really needed this game to keep my mind from turning to Mush playing kids online was is not really my cup of tea. I am looking forward to the patches with hope and the add on with sheer Glee. Thanks again for all your work.

    Agreed. They should work on that in the patch for sure. I also would like the game match up service so we can find people to play online with.

    I must agree with Finn, This game truely has all the stats to aid in the realism of wwii. I have an idea for making it a playable game. In this version of the game you would use all the stats that ToW has on every unit to its fullest effect. ToW is a true Gem in the Ruff. If they were to put in an overview map to which you would send your troups in as they did in WWII ie. ( Para drops and D-Day landings) on the large map and set up base camps but the catch is you would have to meet certain requirments befor a forward base could produce reinforcements. If anyone is interested in the rest of the gameplay action please reply to this post. I feel my idea would make this a by far Must Play game.
  5. Just a thought... I know that this game has great potential and I would like to see it grow. I was thinking they should put in the game a large overlay map of Europe and from there you would place your men and set up for your attacks and counter attacks. The large map would not show any enemy troups ( excluding any troups you have ran into ) untill you are within a fighting range of them. This would make the gameplay much better I feel.By doing this it would make the realization that when you start a battle, game zooms to the battle screen which is the one we have now, and the los would then be appropriate. Just a thought and wanted to share it with all of you here. Let me know your feelings on this. God Keep you all ....
  6. SlapHappy, How do you change the LoS settings? I would like to be able to make the game playable and need to know where those files are and how to read them. I truly believe this game can and will be great (mostly because of the brave lads who are in the forums that are trying their hardest to make it so) and become a classic for future gamers. P.S. Peleprodigy I guess I was agreeing with myself and the many others who also love this game for what it will become when it is finially made to be playable.
  7. I agree with the fact the game is wonderfull. I play it just to watch the action take place. I only feel that if the LOS was more realistic the game would play better and have a purpose. I love the game don't get me wrong and hope that someone will make up a tutorial for Trigger Writting because I feel that if I were to know how to scritp triggers better I could have many more hours of enjoyment from the game.
  8. It seems that the LOS is not really set properly in the game and I too would like it to be fixed. I at first thought this game was lame but have grown to like it for its Graphical and Layed back pace. I do think that the LOS is a bit wierd and would like to have knowledge on how to addjust it so men can sneak up on tanks without being shot down . The game at the moment has not much playability because of lack of ability to sneak up on the enemy. Seems that all the men and tanks have super human sight and no matter what you do they will see you comming even in tall grass and behind bushes. Please Battlefront or 1C fix this issue so as the game may become playable and enjoyable. Thanks to all for making a most wonderful start to a clasic gameset.
  9. Map is Caen, Mission is self made and building is a large barn type. If you were to use the editor you would start Caen at that position. The building is the one with the house with a fence all around it. It is the one with the hay and tractor in front of it. I can send you the mission if you like. Just let me know. I would like to have others to play this game online with if anyone is interested email me.
  10. True story, I have the mission to show you if you wish to see it yourself. I thought it was impossible too. So I played it agian. Yes to my suprise he does it every time. He lays beside the Outbuilding and behind the haystack and shoots people that are on the other side of the building. So I would like to see your list of how they do that.Or where I can find it.
  11. try running a loop for "damageobject" Lable begin (objdistoryed) = x if x = (all) Then else begin somthing like that to count how many vehicles you start with and how many are destroyed so it loops till all vehicales are destroyed.
  12. I have the new patch and yet the enemy still shoots thru the building and sees thru the buildings? Is there going to be a fix for that or not? I have started to make my own missions and the game is starting to have a start of a really fun game but when the enemy shoots thru objects it takes away from any skill you might use to sneak up on them. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
  13. Hello I am new to this so please bear with me. I bought ToW as a pre-order befor the demo came out and I was really excited to be getting it. You can immagine my amazement when I loaded the game and found out that no matter where I put my men the enemy can see them? If they are crawling in tall grass behind bushes no matter where they are they are spotted? Seems to me if I look out my window and scout around my line of site is blocked by trees and bushes and all sorts of stuff, yet ingame the enemy can see right thru all these things? Why is that? How are you to sneak up on them if they see you no matter what you do? Is there some reason this makes any sence to you? Please let me know if you feel the game has any realism in that area. I would like to hear from those who are really looking for a game that plays with realism yet allows one to have fun while making stratigic plans on attacking the enemy.
