  1. We need more information of your system to help you solve the problem. Could you answer the following questions 1. What is your OS system and an installation directory of the game? What user rights do you have when launching the game? 2. Where did you make your last save? Was it quicksave, in-game save, save in skills window or save in units (deployment-reserves) window? If you don't remember, open a load game window. The last save must be selected. 3. How do you load your last save? 4. Does the problem happen always when you try to load your last save or from time to time?
  2. To set up multiplayer you'll have to run towsetup.exe. There are no multiplayer configurations panels inside a game.
  3. You may also get a short help for an option. To do it first click a button with a question-mark and then click the option.
  4. A current version of the editor makes autobackups for edited missions only. If you corrupted campaign in campaign editor, you would have to get the original copies of campaign.xml and text.utf8 (text.utf8 for a campaign and text.utf8 for an each mission) files of .\Missions\GERMANY.
  5. You have to place auxiliary objects on the map, called placeholders. In SP-mode, Player's units, that do not sleep, use them to place themselves on the map. Sleeping units and the units of the enemy use their own positions when spawning.
  6. For point names starting with Player_X_depl_XXX you have to put consecutive player's indices starting with 0 (e.g. Player_0_depl_pos/Player_0_depl_target, Player_1_depl_pos/Player_1_depl_target, etc.) For point names starting with Player_X_army_XXX you have to put armies indices (you must not link to "player army", because it is not used in multiplayer). Units of these armies will be cloned for each player, who will choose a country of the army in the lobby. [ April 24, 2007, 07:31 AM: Message edited by: dmg ]
