i created a battle, all ok. deleted the autosave. all back to normal. weird????

in cmak, only noticed in that battle. i will create a battle and try your suggestion. i may have used a cmbo mod or something.

for what its worth, i found this operation to be an interesting subject, well written briefing and good map. i modded the terrain with dd's grass and steppe mod, my fall trees, gurra's plowed dirt wheat mod, juju's treebases, cmbb buildings and sky. what a difference! give it a try.

i started a battle that is at night, light snow, cold. all is darkened except a hedge. the hedge is bright white. i tried alt-tab and back. i tried restarting the battle. any clues?

we have had a problem where i work. people dl'd an innocent looking screensaver, popup blocker, smileys, wallpaper, etc. the next day when they start their computer, it opens i.e. and goes crazy with popups and porn sites. just an idea, could be something overwelming your computer in the background.

manik, at cmhq did you check the cmmos page where it says uniform update? i think 3 of them.

i found my unmodded cmbb bmp folder and copied over the buildings to cmak eto. i'll swap in the normandy set, as needed.

actually i have a colliers encyclopedia 1936 with atlas and book of the year 1938 (for 37) neet to read the thoughts of the time, prewar. but it is way too big to scan, i think. enough trivia, you are correct. but i was quick, and thought it was so small, who cares. maybe someone will do the bfc style with correct borders.

your number is lower than mine so how new to pc's are you? do you know what folders are and how to open them? if you reinstall you must first uninstall and restart the computer. after reinstall you will have no mods again.

i think that mod was done by gurra, i emailed him your request. iirc he and simovich did one at cmmods about the same time.

parabellum, are you using bb sky as is or modding it?

i'm bumping this for phil for winter sky i took the cmbb 1412, 1432, 1452 1024x256 opened with ms paint, made the size 1024x512 select all, move the sky to the bottom, use the dropper to pick a blue near the top, flood fill the white top section, save as... nearly flat, with pines, bare trees, snow on the ground. this works for bmps that are monochromatic at the top. in 800x600 you dont see the top unless you pan up. dont know if its good or bad in 1024 and up. this takes a while for all the bmps. 3 day, dawn, dusk, overcast. but you dont need to do afrika.
