I take it our game ended. Did you see how green my attacking troops were? Even the platoon and company HQ units were mainly green. Trying to wade through the minefields and bunkers, with a constant pounding from your artillery, was just too much for them. I guess we never did take out that AT gun that was making life so exciting and short for my tanks. I had one green engineer squad next to a minefield for three or four turns. They made no effort to do anything about the mines. Finally in disgust I targetted the minefield, and they dutifully tossed their satchel charges and fired almost all of their ammunition, all to no effect. GRRRRRRRRRR!!! :eek: :mad: :mad: :mad: Revenge? You betcha! I'll find a scenario in the next day or so. Anyone know if the master of disaster rune has any new ones? His battles are always impossible for both sides, which I like. M_t_w, any chance you'll be sending a new turn any time soon? I know you want your Tiger to keep blasting away at that infantry unit it spotted outside of the buildings. Anyone else available for a setup for CMAK or CMBB? With Dominions 2 on hold, Fiefdom crashed, and my only remaining PBEM with mike_the_wino, I'm experiencing the symptoms of game withdrawal. I may actually have to try to get some work done around the house!! :eek: :eek:

Sorry to disappoint, old boy, but I'm currently appearing in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge over at the Fiefdom site. Not to be confused with some poser going simply by the name Scrooge. FYI, the one and only Gaylord managed to get himself permanently banned over there, too. The guy really needs some help. I don't think I've ever run across a more antisocial personality. Axe, congratulations on passing the 5,000 post mark. You realize of course that this means your real life is totally disfunctional. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Mike, if you can open your eyes far enough to read this, here is information from the Download page of this very same web site: CMAK v1.03 Patch Info This 7 Mb patch will work with both domestic (Battlefront.com) and European (CDV) versions of CMAK and comes in a multi-language installer (English, German and French). It is all inclusive and cumulative (you can patch any previous version of CMAK) and includes all the updates from the 1.01 and 1.02 versions. See, once again BFC has made the patching process idiot-proof. Do the best you can.

My last turn wasn't an order move. That's why I didn't go on and convert it myself. I want to make sure m_t_w converts it, or sends it back to me in version 1.01 so I can do the conversion. On my antique computer, I don't think there is room for another copy of CMAK on the hard drive. I can have one version or the other, but not both.

Kitty, you didn't accidentally get him with your flamethrower, did you? He's holding up all of my PBEM's with his little disappearing act. :mad: Kitty, one suggestion for dealing with the ants. Smear a jar of Vegemite on the floor and let them eat up. All of the ants will either get an insatiable desire to move to Australia, or the nasty stuff may kill them. Either way, your ant problem is solved!
