Now ready to d/l (825k) @ COMBAT MISSIONS. There have been many requests to have this vehicle modded (Icm1947...Tiger has even named the file after you!!!). Well, JohnS has obliged and produced a great camoflaged version of the M24. I understand that John has a non-camoed version also. I will add this as soon as i get it. Enjoy!

Tiger produced two different bmps sizes for these IIRC. Which one did you install??.

Err..no Abbott...you actually have to buy a book or something through it. The site then gets 5% or something of the sale. Thanks for trying anyway

Thanks Terence - The only reason i joined up with Amazon was to try and cover some of the costs in running the site. Costs that have spiralled steadily over the past months. I'm not looking to make any profit from it. Even if i did i would still plow it back into the site in some way or other - extra diskspace, bandwidth, features etc. etc. Besides, not ONE person has ordered ANYTHING from it in the two months i have had the banner up!. I've tried to keep the banner i have placed on the site small and inconspicuous (too much so by the looks of it! ) because i didn't want it to interfere with the look of the site. & very pleased to have them too!. One thing before you d/l...the size of the "No Rest" & "Any Port" Mini-Campaign Pack comes to approx 325k, mainly due to the fact that it contains a couple of optional bmps that Patrick suggests be used in one of the scenario battles. Read the docs first!.

Take the AI for what it is...a very good opponent for newbies/rookies that has a few tricks up its sleeve and will on many occasions surprise you. Think of it as a good tutor that allows you to hone your battlefield skills before you go out and enter the big bad world that is TCP/IP & PBEM. Coming up against a human foe is a completely different proposition entirely!.

I'm really quite envious - you have all the wonders of this game still to come!.

Often you won't see copyright notices, but that doesn't mean that a websites content or the files it provides aern't copyrighted, either by the site owners or the individual file owners. I was under the impression that Amazon tracks where you came from anyway, so, if you went to it through that page (via a search box) they would still keep tabs on the site originator, no matter which book you bought. But then of course, i could be completely wrong!.

Gremlin - It's great to have your tactical guides back. I have made the annoucement of their return late last night via SuperTed's FORWARD OBSERVER site as part of the "Sidewalk Sale" extravaganza. Although it would be easier to do that, i have no intentions of EVER linking directly to another sites files. It ain't the done thing. Also, any preference or advice i gave on that list would purely be MY taste, which is probably completely different to yours. Anyway, virtually all of the mods that are available have preview screenshots to give you some idea of it's quality and whether it's worth downloading or not.
