I remember someone mentioning placing exit zones for the Germans on the Allied side of the map and removing all VL flags, maybe that would help? Once you get it solved, let us know what worked.

I have not played all the original scenarios yet, but of the ones I have played on the CD: Wiltz (My M-10 was amazing) Reisberg Valley of Trouble anyone else play the demo Chance Encounter, learning the game, then try VoT and were awestruck when that beautiful valley appeared? I got chills.

I did a quick search and saw some classic 18 month old questions, but no answer to mine. I am building a map of my subdivision (something I know everyone has tried). How do I add landmarks? Is it in the manual? The Glossary had no mention of landmarks. Thanks for the flames, er. . . I mean help.

Another fellow Texan here. I am familiar with the ALTEX you are talking about. I'm in Cedar Park. I was going to ask if you have an AGP video card and if so, make sure your number PCI slot is empty. I was trying to share my IRQ between a NIC in slot one and my AGP Leadtek Winfast GeForce DDR. I was having lockups all the time, I am runing ME also. After pulling the NIC and putting it in another PCI slot, all my problems went away. Good luck

As for upgrades, you need Deancos Total Conversion, the metal-looking one. First pic I have seen in awhile that did not have it. Ahh what dreams may come. Once you are all modded up that is.

Leonidas, As I have said, I use the trackball, and mine too is the kind I roll with my index finger. I fight it works great for FPS. I play Unreal Tournament, Day of Defeat, and Op Flash. I have a terrible time trying to FPS with a regular mouse now. As was mentioned above. You can adjust the sensitivity to scoot you across the screen immediately.

Another vote here for the Logitech Trackball. My step-dad got me started on the trackball. Adjusting was difficult, but now I am hooked. I even bought another to have as a back up when this one finally dies(been about 4 years so far). Cleaning the gunk is the only downfall.

I love using the Hummel. They just need TLC. Their slow ROF and and low ammo are frustrating at times, but I love to watch the inf scatter when the Bee finally does get off a round. ---------------------------------- It's not the size of the tube, it's the blast radius that matters.

Well, I'm convinced also. I will have to get another stick of 128 for my system. Curently I have an Athlon 700, Leadtek GeForce 256 DDR with 32 Megs o' Ram and 128MB system Ram. I also get stutters when panning around the battlefield. Since Ram is so cheap, I'll make the purchase and let you know if the stutters go away. BTW Canuck, I also have had no worries with the GeForce and CM or any other game for that matter. "If logistics were easy, it would be called tactics." --lame quote from my old Guard unit.

I had a GREEN schreck take out my Stuart at 199 meters last night. Stuart was stationary though. Couse you know, if I would have been playing the Germans, he would have missed that one in a million shot!

33 here. My wife makes fun of me sometimes for playing games. I ask her, would she rather have me sitting in front of a PC all day, or out spending money at some bar, or worse. She's happy to know where I can be found when not at work.
