Cool as always your surport is second to none i have a amd dual core and don't seem to suffer from some of the problems mentioned at the moment i would say i enjoy the game after the patch i will not be able to put it down To all those people out there who are disapointed with the game stick with it i have bought games from battlefront from the very beginning i bought the full CM series and strategic command and i will say this 1 they listen to the community 2 they respond well to critisism 3 if a game is buggy they fix it 4 they want a great game as much as we do Keep up the good work Battlefront Bullet Out
  2. i really enjoyed playing all the CM games hotseat with a mate of mine we would get really heavyly into it after a while when we were pulling our hair out with the tension of it all we would have a quick battle against the computer i would have some units he would have some we would discuss our tactics etc i bet you can guess my 2 questions 1 a coop mode online or hotseat so we could join forces and kick the AIs A**E 2 please please please keep the hotseat option well thats it not to much to ask for !!!i hope ps i did a search for posts mentioning coop i appologize if i missed a thread cannot wait for the announcement BULLET OUT
  3. i was just wondering now that i am playing CMAK what about a glimpse into the future any comments of what people would like to see in the next engine here's my sugestion advanced damage modeling for buildings IE gradual deteriation in the buildings structure the abilty to knock holes ii a wall lets say ok here is another idea me and my mate often have a hotseat battle which is fun what about a 2 player coop option say like where one person controls a infantry company and the othere tanks ps Well done to the team for producing another classic still the best strategy title on the market keep up the good work [ December 09, 2003, 05:29 PM: Message edited by: jake bullet ]
  4. yep u guessed it FSAA in CMBB still does NOT work is this a problem with CMBB or Drivers the only problem it seems to have is the text when you are trying to pick a scenario is there any way to get round this problem i have managed to get a scenario running with all the FSAA options on and it looks Amazing but like i said you cannot see them so i was just clicking on empty space and it managed to get a scenario Please Please please tell me this can be fixed

  7. if you read the forums you would have noticed that the next CM release will use a new 3d engine the graphics only represent what is going on .The real work is in the ai and the fussy logic that is built into the game at the time of CMBO release the graphics where not to bad a little dated maybe and the team have done all they can with the current 3d graphics engine for the release of CMBB what would you rather have a game with great graphics and **** AI OR Functional graphics with good AI i know what i would pick EVERY time ie have you played the GI combat demo (urgggghh) yes not bad graphics but the ai is lousy

  10. well for me it has to be a german halftrack advancing down a road i ambushed it with infantry who poped a grenade in the compartment causing it to be imobilized then the grenade was followed up with a molotov cocktail JUST to keep the passengers nice and warm LOL best thing i ever saw
  11. ok here's a bit more info i found out all info from the same book field experience brought several suggestions for modifications from the troops in the field and these were incorporated in the Ausf A, 1,768 of which were manufactured. This had thicker turret armour strengthened suspension and ball mounted machine gun instead of a letterbox flap in the glicis plate, while episcopes replaced the direct vision slits in the commanders cupola. As a result of these modifications overall weight inevitebly went up. On the final model the Ausf G which went into production in March 1944 further improvements were made to the transmission, the drivers vision slit was replaced by an episcope and extra armour was added to the upper hull sides to give greater protection to the fuel tanks. Ammunition storage was increased from 79 to 82 rounds. 3,740 Ausf Gs were manufactured before the wars end.

  15. just 1 request really i play a lot of hotseat games with my mate and a timer would be nice (for hotseat games) just so the swine would hurry up and finish his move of course you would be able to state how long you set the timer to even switch it off if you like i find a timer in tcp/ip brilliant really makes for a tense game so go on guys make it usable for hotseat games too if anyone feels the same make yourselves heard,speak up i mean the more people want this feature the easier it will be to convince them great guys at battlefront to do it go on go on go on go on go on go on GO ON you know you want too [ October 24, 2002, 06:19 PM: Message edited by: jake bullet ]

  17. ok i have only one request A time limit for 2 player hotseat games then my mate might not take 10 mins thinking what to do and bore me stupid please please please if possible i know you can sit there with a watch and say "right thats it it's my turn" all i ever get is "just a minute i only have 1 platoon to move" when really he has not moved anything

  19. i hope someone can help me with this one i have windows xp and me and a friend are trying to play tcp ip game but he cannot conect i gave him both ips server? and client?i have my xp firewall?running anybody got any ideas
  20. Ok lets all calm it down ,the thing that really gets me is the conversion to german must have took time no conversion to english required so why the hold up also they have given no release date they could at least communicate with us and give us a little feed back
