The geocities site I posted all my hamster retouches on was removed yesterday for reasons unknown to me. Anyway, I don't have the originals and now I'm really sad. =( I remember at least one person here saying they had saved all of my pictures . . . if anyone happens to have them please mail to me? I don't think he really "flew off the handle" either. I also think that he said what he said to make the point that he feels the game could use a couple additions to show setup info to PBEM opponents. =)

I also think that there could be a better representative picture of the game than the first one they have now . . . Their product rules and in case you haven't noticed they don't seem to be relying on advertising and packaging to sell it. =P Actually, a really "slick-looking" site might be a turn off to some people. My on opinon is that those attracted to shiny objects probably don't have the intelligence to play this game. =) I'm up WAY (4:36am) late and I know what I'm thinking but not sure I can type it . . . so I'll say it in a paraphrase of the words of whoever wrote the review on Squad Leader that I read tonight: "Game sucks. This probably won't sound very impressive but it made me laugh pretty hard when I saw it, and I think Mr. Tankersley too: I'm playing him in a PBEM game and he sends this armored car at full speed down a road. My SPW hits it and we see the "knocked out" message displayed, yet the armored car continues on at the same speed, on fire no less, down like 100 yds of road and disappears off the edge of the map. =) tee hee.
