January 28th? I think you should hold off another week and a half and have it on Feb. 12th. Feburary 12th is probably the best day in the whole year. </font> -

Well thanks, that is very nice of you. Due to the exceedingly poor performance of the attendant CM follks (who shall remain unnamed to escape the shame until a date at which I have photographic evidence ready for posting), and my family, in their pityful attempt at drying up the bar, there would have been lots left for you in the open bar. Still, I think the barman was busier than at most Italian weddings. All the best Andreas </font> -

Boo, while I fully support your right to belittle the Rear Colon, there's no need to bold his name, you idjit. Let me repeat that. You idjit. Aaaah, it's just like that first beer of the morning. You idjit. Uuurp…, gonna get drunk at this rate. You idjit. Mmm, the day has that nice glow to the edges now. You idjit. Feeling a bit woozy, should have had breakfast... You idjit. -

Flood control, wasted on a message board, and not really necessary on a Monday morning. So I shall use this space to remind Seanachai that not only do I rule at Settlers of Cataan, but he owes me a turn too. -

Intel Tech
Lars replied to Edwin P.'s topic in Strategic Command 2 Blitzkrieg and Weapons and Warfare
Well, since I started this somehow. Looking at it now, would be great for the multi-player game to have the Intel Tech give you more and more detail on the opposition. To expand on Edwin's line a bit, say Intel 4 you get to see the production queue for the other side, and at Intel 5 you get to see everything everywhere. Although, I doubt you'd ever get to 5 if the other side's Intel level gets subtracted from yours to reflect counterintel. But Edwin, as for how you'd code all this so an AI could take advantage of the info, as opposed to a human player, beats the hell outta me. -

Only Joe, but it's impolite to point out the elderly's infirmities to them on the day that Depends and a bad case of diaper rash draw closer and closer.
