Guys, when I won the HF Death Match. When I moved my T-34/85 down to the Ambush Spot behine the Y intersection coming into town. My set up was C.P.S Stick to senario Default. CEB Normal (None) Play Balance Normal. Is that cheating? I Love playing Panther Commander's CSDT Bussard. Most tanks I have got playing this battle is 6 I got luckey and hit the KV-1 Gun and hit a track and immobilized him. Move to approx 50 meters Try to finsh KV-1 but round's just bounced off him. After trying about 6 rounds with no effect. To my surprise the crew bailed out of tank. I did move turns to 35+ from 20+ Try it. 1 Stug 111-E Vs 18 tanks Lane

A Word to Schrullenhaft, Just a Follow up. I installed DX9c and my system seem's to run CMBB just fine. And the problem is fixed with Virual Sailor Sim. update. The new VS.exe runs the program now. With DX9c installed. Thank's again for your info about DX. Regards Lane

Mr K.A. Miles Thank's for tip, I moved my T-34/85M44 down near the Y intersection behine a building. First tiger came into view took about 3 rounds and he was knocked out. second tiger came down road next to Knocked out tiger with his gun ready We Fired with in seconds of each other. His round hit near my gun but did not knock it out Was very Lucky. My round found the mark and they abandoned the tank. Moved out looking for number 3 and he was heading away from me a Rear shot The gun crew hit the Rear and he went up smoking and Burning. Outcome 3 tigers destroyed No Sovite Causualties. Have played CSDT Bussard have the mod's applied to all the tank's One Stug 111E Vs a bunch of Soviet tanks July 1941. best I have done is destroy 2 Soviet tank's The stug takes time to Rotate thats when they get you. Yes David I It is a T34/85 It will kill the tiger at close range Like Hiding between two buildings and let the tiger pass by in front of you at close range. but if you miss and he swings the gun. It's all over. Have been playing Panzerman's above battle. Yes you are right a Diffent Kettle o'fish. Lane

When I get ready to upgrade or get a new system with a Graphics card buy I may contact you before I buy something. So many cards out and different prices. Thank's again For you technical info. Lane

T-34 Vs 3 King tigers. T-34 can kill the tigers if you hide and get real close. See my post up at Hero of the Soviet Union..Death Match Battle by Panther Commander. If you get your ground troops close to a immoblized tiger two or three grenades will cause the crew to Abandon there tank. Just be sure his Guns are not working Lane

Just finsh the Battle. Have played about 5 or 6 times. As the Russians I like to park the T34 between the buildings And Ambush the King Tiger as he rolls past coming down the street point Blank in the side. The first and second shot has got to take him out if he swings that gun and fires the battle is over. The last battle I just finsh tonight. I Killed the first tiger with point bank shots in side but let the second tiger go down the street set up a shot to hit him in rear. he took the round but he swing his gun fired at t-34 It hit the T-34 pushing it back but tank not destroyed, gun was damage and one crew member was Killed. the tank was pushed out of LOS for the tiger but the t-34 had damage something ? He was immoblized setting in street in shock to. He was setting very near my troops hidding in fox hole They raised up and threw two gernades or somthing black. And crew bailed out of tiger. My ground troops finsh the second tiger. Oh the third tiger got bogged down in field. Playing 5 or 6 times I have won twice. I found out most of time if king tiger swing there guns and fire there goes your t-34 and the battle. Think I will play it again " sorry about my spelling " I know a few words are miss spelled Lane

Schrullenhaft, The only reason I was thinking about going to DX9.c Was I have a Sim called Virual Sailor 6.8 There was a update by the maker that if would preform better if you had DX9.c but what you said I don't think it would help run VS 6.8 much better. I tried to look up about my card and Driver see if it was DX9 compatable but could not fine anything. but I am sure you know what you are taking about. I may not install it for now. Was thinking about installing DX9.c I am running G2 ASUS Graphics Card V7700 series with DX 8.0 Do you think there would be any problems? Running CMBB, works fine now with V 56.55 drivers Must of time I run QB's with small maps My system is about 4 ys old a 800 Duron with 256 memory and the above graphics card. Getting OLD Like Me Lane

Philippe, I will download it again, to a temp Folder in C:\ Drive and see what happens when I run the installer The installer did not ask for a path? Just saw it unpacking some files it was so fast I could not tell were it when. Will try it again later this afternoon. Thank's Lane

Philippe, No it's not there? You don't have to unzip the core file 4.03 in the CMBB folder do you? I clicked on installer in my desk top folder? It said something about having the 4.02 core file to start with I don't see a D/L for it? I had all this installed at one time ago. I d/L some CMMOS readme files see If I can fine something? Krautman, Another tip if you don't have a written manual In your game between turns there is a place in your Lower Menue called "Hot Keys" You can use them to turn off trees and sound's all kind's stuff You will see all kinds Key settings to change things in your sim as you play. Krautman, Just a Basic thing to check but did you hit your Shift-S key each time you hit Shift-S One setting while be sound on and hit it again and it will be Sound + Ambience sounds. I guess you known that Have a good one Lane
