    I didnt need to see arms and legs flying off but I think the pool of blood idea was a good one, or even a couple red bullet holes :P Didnt need to be over done would've been a bit more realistic looking tho smile.gif

    I'm glad they are in as is tho - it is still MUCH better than before smile.gif Thanks for changing Steve smile.gif

    I have to agree with Foobar here, to continue bashing these guys isn't doing anything good for CM

    I realize that the damage is done and it should have never happened, but they have already apologized profusely and ammended the article which is more than I expected to happen.

    Two representatives of Wargamer have already been here and made statements, I am not defending them but I am thinking of the future for CM.

    If the community continues to slam them, why would they attempt to show CM in a good light later? To continue to slam them will just bring about negativity towards CM which is exactly what we DON't want frown.gif

    I didn't come away from reading the review with that idea at all man - He had ALOT of good things to say about CM, THe article wasn't perfect, nor entirely accurate due to the build reviewed, but I sure wouldnt say he had any agenda nor was he anti-product.

    medlinke,

    I noticed that the begining portion of the article has only been updaed - I'm hoping that you aren't finished yet, as the other updates did well to clarify things smile.gif

    I also must note that for not being a wargamer he did have a lot good to say about the game smile.gif

    As far as the cutting edge graphics go, Could it be possible to get an explanation for that that is relative to the Genre?

    After all Unreal Tournment could never draw maps this size and look good too, not if you wanted to play as well smile.gif

    CM review on Wargamer

    Hi Medlike,

    I was just about to ask you if you guys intended on updating your article to address the points raised by the CM community; regarding its currency and accuracy.

    Upon heading over there I found an ammendment to the article already posted and must commend you on that smile.gif

    Please keep in mind that the dedication of the fans supporting this game largly stems from the production methods of BTS, and the importance of it doing well smile.gif (not to mention its obvious superiority in its class smile.gif )

    I want to thank you for ammending the site so quickly and listening to our responses.

    A suggestion for the future examination may be to have several different style gamers look at the final version to determine its overall appeal - whilst emphazising it from a wargamers standpoint - as this is the most important evaluation wink.gif

    My view was this :

    Bts indicated it would be done and shipped towards the end of may

    To me this means : 3rd week shipped

    then they said the demo A a few weeks earlier

    to me that meant : 3 weeks sooner (otherwise we wouldnt have pleanty of time with it as indicated)

    so this means

    MONDAY IS MAY 1st smile.gif

    Ok I'm hopeful smile.gif

    You may have to hunt a bit to find one - they were selling pretty heavy -

    Well I must admit I didn't know the force that a hell cat could be if usede properly until CM. I thought I knew a good bit about ww2 stuff til I came here :P I must admit I know alot compared to the average person ont he street, but squat compared to some of these guys tongue.gif

    I downloaded a mod for cc3 today outta sheer boredom - It has hellcats in it but aren;t nearly as effective as they should be - The mod itself make CC3 more fun so I'm hoping to keep the boredom away until this comes out eek.gif
