    OK, don't flame me. But considering CM's ability to model almost any land,and its snow effects. To make east front battles, would this require a whole new CM (aka CM2)or could it be done in a add-on? since all thats really needed is the russian equipment? Also same question could be applied to N. Africa. Since we have most allied and German units, and i'm sure could Mod some desert maps, could it be done with an Italian add-on?

    Just rambling.....

    wow... long post.

    I'm not even going to comment on the graphics. as I've said before i would have been happy with the beta demo as the final product.

    Now for useless information.....

    1) i thought a grognard was someone who knows the diffrence in legroom from a panzer iv and a v

    2)Swat 3? are you kidding? no multiplayer. Go with rogue spear.(action game of the year) kicks butt!

    3).45 is much better than a 9mm. (unless you want to see how many bullets you can get in them before they fall)

    4) platform war... Gaming, PC wins hands down. If you do publishing Mac takes the gold.

    Dancing tanks? LMAO.......I'm sure there are a lot of us in here that are use to one *other* game. where that is the standard. I was hoping to see it in the new fantasia movie instead of elephants.

    Well, I do some pbem turns from work (don't tell). smile.gif I don't have a 3d card there. graphics aren't that bad. somewhat blocky. Where i see the big problem is in movie playback. its real jurky and the camera doesn't move as well at all. Then again could be this machine too. CM isn't the only thing running while playing.

    I have an old voodoo 3000 at home. No problems there what so ever. In fact it kicks butt.

    ok... I may be steping out of line here (waiting for flames). But why does it matter? I can't believe grown men are having a war over browser support at a gamming site.I understand your fustrations at waiting for CM to be released. But please don't take them out on fellow gamers. I'd hate for BTS to remembered as "that riot starting company" j/k. I've come to know this board as a nice place where people of intelligence can come to share ideas and knowledge(I need some),and some good natured ribbing. lets keep it at that.

    PBEM file (Help)

    Hello Echo.

    I think your using Hotmail. Your having the same problem i was having. I sent hotmail an e-Mail asking for help on saving text files. They went through the whole process of cut and paste. Well after a week i finally got it fixed. The way to Pbem with a hotmail account is "DON'T". It just doesn't work. Get yourself another free e-mail account to use. like yahoo ect...

    sorry.. not being funny. its just that hotmail pissed me off too.

    There are usually people there in the evenings, thinking around 8:00pm est. I try to stay there, but i work a lot. Hopefully the room will pick up as more people find it. Only been there 2 days now.

    Nitpicky question

    I'm using windows and it retains the last folder you used. I think when you first start the game it defaults to "my documents". But ( same game running) anytime after that it goes to last file used. If your quiting the game after every move then yes it would go back to the default of my documents.

    As Bill just found out sometimes your zook teams just can't hit period. I hate staging an ambush, having the tank drive to within 40 meters of you, and your guy plowing dirt or shooting bottle rockets.
