Do you have a Windows installation of the game anywhere? If you don't have a Windows installation you won't be able to process turns. The PBEM++ system that is used for Tournaments is ONLY available on Windows. Even if you had a flawless installation of Mac with the v1.07 patch you would not have the ability to play in the Tournament. Some Mac users are able to make Windows installations. I'm not a Mac guy, so I don't know how to tell you how. @Buzz does it. Other Mac users may be able to give you guidance too.

No. Ever since Cold War was released on Steam it has had PBEM++. The difference with the v1.07 is that it now has the new Tournament scoring. He is a Mac player. That's why he doesn't have it.

Even if had v1.07 it wouldn't work for you. PBEM++ and the Tournaments are only for Windows players.

During the Grand Tournament @Hapless will be making videos for each battle in each Tournament. Put the attached text file in the Data folder. This will ensure that you have the default hot key file. Your issue may be as simple as that. hotkeys.txt

I have been trying to confirm what Sgt Joch has said. That it is intentional.

When we see missing brz files it is almost always because an anti-virus program blocked the installation or removed the file with a false positive.

I'll have to double check. We have bug tracking software. When preparing a new readme file I look through that and gather up everything marked as "Resolved" to put on my list. That was one of those.

Yes, the alternate solution is to let me know. I have found that Slitherine can access the last turns sent and resend manually. So, I can contact them and see about getting the files through. They are committed to doing whatever they can do to make sure that these tournaments work and are happy to help.

Big no no giving out that kind of personal information. I wouldn't do it with the information that Battlefront has and neither would Slitherine.

That isn't as crazy of an idea as you make it sound. All of their tournaments have no shows. But CM seems to have a higher percentage than the others. And I don't understand why that would be.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I've been in Philly for the Eagles/Vikings game (Go Birds) Two things...... You have to be in their forum to send a direct message. I've been having conversations with Slitherine ever since you posted the screenshot earlier. It isn't a problem how they do it but I should know how it works. So that I don't incorrectly answer questions. What is surprising with your post is that not only did you purchase from Battlefront but you didn't purchase as a bundle!!! But Steam is treating it as if you have a bundle. The other question that I am trying to find out about is, if this is how they handle bundles, why isn't CMFI working this way? Now.......here is the other thing that concerns me......What if I exposed a hole in the system by asking questions. I don't want someone over there trying to "fix" things and shut it down.

None of the 9 battles is red vs red Yeah. Me too. I'm gonna see if we can all help each other have less players be no shows. Slitherine is considering possibly creating "nudge" emails if we see someone hasn't shown up. They're concerned about doing it too much and spamming people. There should be a "happy spot" that is nudging without spamming. And we should all try to reach out to people through the Matrix forum. A lot of players are probably on the Battlefront forums but ALL tournament players have Matrix forum accounts. It's definitely more funner if more people who sign up actually play. It is way more betterer.

You might be surprised how well you do. One thing is for sure.......If you've never played a human before you're gonna find out how fun it is. All of these battles are very short too. I'm a pretty weak H2H player (although I love doing it) and find that I do better in short battles, rather than big long ones.

@Sunbather Also, try this. Register and get your Steam keys and install the bundle that you have on Steam. After doing that, see if you're offered the module at a reduced price. I don't know if that will work or not. I would guess that you're seeing what you're seeing because you didn't purchase the bundle through Steam. Slitherine should know that answer. @CHEqTRO, did you purchase your bundle through Steam or Battlefront?

I see what you're seeing there. I apologize, I appear to have been wrong. Again, somefink like that cannot happen on the Battlefront store. The system isn't equipped for it. I guess that I've never seen it because I have always had the full version of each game, so it wouldn't offer me things that I didn't have because I have everything with the Steam access that I have. @Sunbather This is a question that you will need to contact Slitherine/Matrix about. How they price things is completely up to them with very little input from us.
