Beta Testers are not official spokesman for BFC. Never have and never will be. If a Beta tester was to become an official spokesman, I would get that job. Better pray Steve doesnt get drunk one night and make it happen, cause I wouldnt put up with any negative commentary unless you started and ended with "Sixxkiller is so sexy".
As for MikeyD, well thats just Mikey being Mikey. I am sure since he is sniping in a bell tower, he is the one that is creating said bell tower for you to enjoy later. He does a lot of that which you know nothing of. But Mikey has less of a shot of being an official spokesman than I do of creating a bell tower.

I predict that Sonny Sixkiller will not make it in the NFL.
He almost did. He was a slinger back in the day and the only reason I know about him is my love of the UW campus. But my name isnt derived from him.
And I also stand by my prediction of the Detroit Lions taking the Super Bowl and will throw in the Tigers will win the World Series!!!

I predict Matthew Stafford is going to replace Josh Freeman next week as the starting QB on my fantasy team.
If I didnt have Rivers I would be starting Stafford as well.

I have no idea what "the plans" are but to expect a major overhaul of CMx2 isnt logical. Any "improvements" going on with the engine will most definitely be CMBN and module related. What I do expect is what didnt work in x2 will atleast be looked at to how they can fix it if possible. They arent against improvements but to expect them to back track on this and make Cmx2 the be all end all of engine goodness just aint gonna happen.

Have to say, if I am ever named in any of these leaks I will be the first in line to put a bullet in this guys head, and I dont miss.
As for Mexico though, I wish they would sever their ties with us and stop streaming their citizens over our borders.

BIJ2 is....His father most likely calls him Phillip, his mother most likely Philly, his wife most likely Get Off The Game and Pay Attention to ME, and we call him Phil or Brain In Jar 2. The 2 comes from being the second one, so unlike the Highlander....THERE CAN BE MORE THAN ONE.

I believe Steve answered this already. Going backwards into the darkness isnt going to happen. I play CMSF almost everyday and cant wait to start work on CMSF2. I think the plan is to make the improvements in what we got with BN along with many improvements you guys would like to see. Its easier to do that now that BIJ2 is in the mix. Just we all have to be patient.

Well whenever I go by CNN or MSNBC, its all about how great Our Lord and Savior is doing. The love affair these two stations in particular have for him is disturbing. Only reason I dont watch only Fox is they absolutely suck covering the rest of the world.

I think some of you may be a bit mistaken. Maybe it's movies, maybe you just want to believe...I dont know. But there wasnt intensive sniper training programs in the US military during WWII that i am aware of. Snipers are not born, they are made. They are made over literally years of training nowaday's. The US didnt really have years to even consider making men into machines during this time. And trust me, in modern training, that's exactly what you become....a thinking machine. You guys think making a guile suit and shooting someone at 1000m's makes a sniper. Well the school part is also the easy part. Doing complicated trig calculations in your head wouldnt have been a likely thing soldiers knew back then
.The game does not try to simulate them in this regard. It simulates them exactly as they most likely were, better than average shooters with scopes. It gives no stealth bonus, it gives mainly 2-300m of shooting accuracy, and they die just like any other soldier in your command. I believe this is the best way as if they were like they are today, all you guys would need to do is buy a whole bunch of them and change the course of battles with no problem. This wouldnt be that fun to play if this were the way the game treated them IMHO.
Now as we progress into the modules and games maybe they should be given better treatment (Stalingrad comes to mind) for the German and Russians, but as far as Normandy, its probably best to keep it as is.

CNN makes goofs all the time. Also the old Obama Lord God Savior routine just makes me sick. Real journalism died long ago anyway. Pressure and lack of time are no excuse for glaring errors, especially SPELLING AND GRAMMAR errors.

I cant believe you guys are trying to outsource haha. We have only the base game out but you guys are already think there's not going to be x amount of content. Come on guys even I dont know exactly what is going to be in come Market Garden, Bulge, EF and Modules.... What bizarre hotkeys scheme is this that we are afraid to discuss? Is it the hotkey scheme where you come, post drivel, get beat down on it, and go to something else? Maybe you can try Ctrl+Alt+Del before you post next time. If it doesnt work the way you desire, repeat until you get the exact result you expect.
As for Derek Smart, I believe both he and Steve are still making better games than you.
