Stingray
After saving a scenario and exiting, CMBN (game) fails to start again. I have to shut down the computer before CMBN will launch. It seems that the game does not fully shut down unless I restart the computer. Thanks, any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
Destraex1
Did you try ending the task\checking if it was still active? Through task manager? Could anything be stopping it from unloading like a firewall\virus scanner? Disable these to try. Perhaps go clear\delete the saved game as it may be corrupt? C:\Users\your name\Documents\Battlefront\Combat Mission Battle for Normandy\Game Files\Saved Games Are you an administrator? Does the game have admin rights?

If so, try updating to the 11.5 drivers. I had a similar problem and this solved it. Chris
Battlefront.com
So far all the hanged processes problems reported have been fixed by updating ATI drivers to 11.5. From what I've seen we're not the only game to be affected by whatever bug the fixed for 11.5. Steve
Stingray
Thanks for the help. I have a Nvdia G Force 8500. Updated the driver. Seems to work. The only very minor problem is the BFC start splash screen is messed up. After that it works!!!
