That was a split background (I believe Madmatt made) that is found in a folder under mod tools called Sample Mod Files. I don't know if it was part of a patch or what. I messed with exploding various BRZ files from 1.08 and up and am not finding any more split backgrounds so I am assuming it did come with a patch. I may have deleted it because I thought they were redundant. Check and see if you have this Sample Mod Files folder in your Mod Tools folder, there may be a split night background in there.
